Its a very nice question that we can apply in ourselves as Team Leader,
Being a team leader we can apply what we've done through, you can teach and approach them on the way how you achieved become team leader.Somehow, yes we missed some strategies and technique on the time we are in their position as new affiliate. Now this is time to let them do those activities that supposedly you achieved.This is the time give them all knowledge that you've gather in your AFI Community. Guide them on how the way your Sponsor guide you as you are right now. So let them do all possible on behalf of you. On their part they will be less mistake and more technique. Tell them that you Their Sponsor is always be there for what help and support they need.Explain them that you are building a team and they are your member to work together.
