Good question. When I have new affiliates I tell them the truth and that on their second month they will begin a new on zero. If the affiliates understand that it's OK, but if they want to see the big money /in best way around $1 on first month/ they go out of the program. I prepare my team and also myself for every month like this: Becoming EA2 with IAHBE, referring new PSA/CSA in free or paid way, joining in auctions for CSA and looking for find a way to sell or re-sell on Tripleclicks to earn commissions /I browse the products I want to re-sell/. I don't do anything special, just sharing the truth as it is. Some people accept it, some not, but I can't give any motivation of those affiliates, who don't like to listen what I tell them honestly. The only thing I always do is to tell that whatever happens, my team has my support in every decision.
