Second month is the most important for a new affiliate.
During first month anybody can get 1500 VPs & become EA without spending anything.
It is the second month where some purchases have to be made to attain EA2 status.
You can try to convince your affiliate by showing him the benefit of becoming & continuing to be EA2.
You have to show him by calculations that by spending a certain sum every month ,he will be able to achieve more than the sum he spends.
If he spends just USD 20(it is possible to retain EA2 with USD20 spend),you can convince that if your 5 PSAs downline spends just that much,you will be able to recover your amount.
Ofcourse theoritically one can manage being EA2 without spending anything. By completing daily,weekly & monthly actions one can have upto 500 VPs easily. Then if one has 10 EA2(which will give 1000 VPs) then one can retain EA2 rank.
