What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

The best way to build a team with true team spirit in SFI is by setting an example.
Most of the persons you contact will be asking this as the first question. How much are you earning ? When did you start earning ?
So without you yourself not earning you cannot build a true team.
So be patient,do not hurry,take your time to build the team.
You start with the persons known to you & who have full faith in you. Explain the details of SFI & its Basic plan that you just need 5 good PSAs to succeed.
Once you start earning reasonable sum,you go for advertising & you can say that SFI works because you yourself is earning

First thing you must mention that SFI is not a get rich quick scheme.
Secondly it is also not like data entry work where you are paid for per hour work
Thirdly you have to be patient. You should be willing to continue for years with SFI before you can get real benefit.
Fourthly you should explain how SFI works
In the end you should emphasize on simple three steps
Be an EA2 everymonth
Get five persons in your downline who can be EA2 everymonth.
Lastly teach them to repeat what you have done.
That is all it takes to be successful in SFI

How do you prepare your affiliates for their second month in the business?

Second month is the most important for a new affiliate.
During first month anybody can get 1500 VPs & become EA without spending anything.
It is the second month where some purchases have to be made to attain EA2 status.
You can try to convince your affiliate by showing him the benefit of becoming & continuing to be EA2.
You have to show him by calculations that by spending a certain sum every month ,he will be able to achieve more than the sum he spends.
If he spends just USD 20(it is possible to retain EA2 with USD20 spend),you can convince that if your 5 PSAs downline spends just that much,you will be able to recover your amount.
Ofcourse theoritically one can manage being EA2 without spending anything. By completing daily,weekly & monthly actions one can have upto 500 VPs easily. Then if one has 10 EA2(which will give 1000 VPs) then one can retain EA2 rank.

1.It can help you earn a second income without spending much.
2.it is free to join & there is no obligation to continue.
3.It has been there for more than 15 years with over one million affiliates from 203 countries with thousands joining everyday.
4.You can make it a full time job after some years because if you work diligently, you will start earning more than your main job.
5.There is no limit on earning.
6.After working for sometime you earn even if you do not do anything.

Difference between being an SFI affiliate and having a traditional business are as follows:
1.SFI requires no investment for starting it whereas traditional business requires lot of investment.
2.There are no licences required for SFI whereas lot of them are required for traditional business.
3.If the business is not successful you can easily discontinue SFI without any loss whereas in traditional business that is not possible.
4.You can breakeven from day one in SFI whereas in traditional business it takes time.

Honesty is the best Policy.Be honest & tell them the truth.
Tell them it is not a get quick rich scheme or form filling or email reading or survey scheme.
Tell them they will not be paid per hour.
Tell them that starting is free but you will not go very far if you do not spend at all.
Tell them to be patient & go through the STAR,SFIBASICS & LAUNCHPAD lessons.
If they are still interested,tell them that you are always available for any guidance needed

There are lot of material available in SFI itself.
Tell them
1.It is a 15 year old organization.
2.It is consistently paying commissions.
3.There are more than 90000 products to buy.
4.It is free to join.
5.It is easy to earn if you work hard.
6.Duplication is the key to success.
7.You do not need lot of money or people to succeed

Your living in Africa or anywhere else does not make any difference.
The rules of success are same everywhere.It is not an offline business or a store that sells only in a particular place.
You advertise somewhere & the affiliates come from any place in the world.
Follow the rules of success & you will win.
Infact because the level of income is less in your part of the world,there will be more persons interested in earning a regular income. The scope is more there.
You must have heard of the story of two salesmen of shoes sent to an island.
The first one sent a message that no one wears shoes so there is no scope for selling any shoes.
The second one sent the message that this is a goldmine.There is lot of scope because no body wears shoes & so there is no competition from anyother company.We are the first and we can sell a lot.
So my friend, go ahead & be like the second salesman.

Of all of SFI's Power Tools,I think the best one is sending team mail to PSAs & CSAs
You get 30 Versa Points every week for sending communication.
There is a misunderstanding that you can send only one mail every week.You can send as many communications as you want but you get only 30 VersaPoints everyweek.
It is the best way to teach your downline.
Everyday you can send a mail,give a small piece of advice everyday.
You can also share where to advertise, how to get VersaPoints etc.
You can also tell them how to become Ea2 or teamleader with least investment

Please design & send the sample for others to follow.
The card should give all the strong features of SFI.The name itself includes Strong Future.
The compensation package is also to be included.
On the front you can make it as you make other business card but on the backside you can give the information with strong points of SFI.
