Many of new affiliates don't know what to do first after they joining SFI, so we as they sponsor must greet and help them to get to know about SFI.
New affiliates will get excited and active with SFI are when we greet them with a little extra help(something like : how to run SFI for the first time, to get VP everyday, and most important is the basic thing like "they must keep to be an EA everymonth").
Many of them don't have any money or maybe don't have any way to pay for the product that the TC offer (ex. credit card). A small TCredit and gift certificate, I think they will run their first step here in SFI. Their email will notified that they've got a tcredit and a gift from their sponsor that will excite them.
So the best way is :
1. Greet them with email, and lead them to duplicate our steps.
2. Give them a small TCredit and gift certificate.
3. Encourage them to do the best can they do for growing their second income.
