SFI provides VP for sending Team Messages, which you get once per week. Unless you have important news, tips or any of such, contacting your Downline, once a week is sufficient.
The same goes for upline messages - unless you have an important issue/problem that you cannot seem to resolve through the sources available such as ASK SC, giving your Sponsor an update once a week should also be suffient.
Sending Team Messages just to earn the VP is really missing the point of it all. I got one once just asking me how I'm doing. People should refrain from sending messages like that.
After all, it is there for 'business' use, not social chats.
In other words, I find that 4 times a month is sufficient enough.
