How much is too much when contacting your team or downline?

SFI provides VP for sending Team Messages, which you get once per week. Unless you have important news, tips or any of such, contacting your Downline, once a week is sufficient.
The same goes for upline messages - unless you have an important issue/problem that you cannot seem to resolve through the sources available such as ASK SC, giving your Sponsor an update once a week should also be suffient.
Sending Team Messages just to earn the VP is really missing the point of it all. I got one once just asking me how I'm doing. People should refrain from sending messages like that.
After all, it is there for 'business' use, not social chats.
In other words, I find that 4 times a month is sufficient enough.

What is the best one-liner or sentence you can use in a general advertisement about SFI?

My best one-liner sentance I use is 'Go Global with SFI'. It can be affective anywhere in the World and is a good opening to start explaining just how easy it is for someone to become an ECA Associate. Who wouldn't want their products to be sold all over the World? Just make sure you know all about the ECA Program, that it might included shipping calcultions, postage, etc.
