This is a very interesting question, Why? Because I am not sure if everyone even participates on rating their Own Sponson/Co-Sponsor.
My answer is the best way to get your PSA's to submit a sponsor rating or comment on how you've been doing with SFI is to continue to show what kind of a Leader you are.
Remember, You earn badges every month or every time you take actions on what you do to grow your business here. If that is not enough to show what kind of a Leader you are, then maybe you have to be on top of your business. To convince them that you are serious about your business and you have to constantly check on your team. It is very crucial to all the Team Leaders that they communicate because Communication will lead you to your success of your Team. You have to think that your Team are your Business Partners, without them, your business will not be moving to a different level.
I hope that this will help other Team Leaders to think that the most important Mechanics that they can use to be successful is to keep Talking to your Teams.
