The best approach to having PSA's submit a sponsor rating is to be open and inviting in your dealings with downline members.

People will feel comfortable sharing feed-back with you so as long you have all ready shown that you are wanting to receive the feed-back.

Simply be open and inviting in your dealings with every team member every day and this will open the communication between leaders and downline members.

Personally, I think offering help and being responsive to inquiries will get the job done. When you are remembered for assisting someone they are naturally willing to rate you positively.

If you're not getting ratings from some try sending out a team message saying that you appreciate knowing how your doing. Ask for suggestions on what you can do to provide better support.

This could just be the thing that helps an inactive PSA become active. Ties in with another question mentioned

PSAs who are active will naturally submit a sponsor rating because of the 10VP's that go with it. The rating depends largely on the way he perceive his sponsor, and the comments usually comes when you as sponsor is doing great or doing poor.

As a sponsor, what we like is 5-star rating and an encouraging comments isn't it? How do we get this from our PSAs?

This is a very interesting question, Why? Because I am not sure if everyone even participates on rating their Own Sponson/Co-Sponsor.

Very nice question & i would like to give simple answer for the same:

You need to spend at least two months in SFI as an active performer, so,that, you can achieve EA & EA2 status with which you can become eligible to rate your Sponsor/Co-sponsor rating with comments. Same with the case for your down line. This much time (Two Months) is sufficient to understand & analyse what is SFI? & it's strategies?. So, i don't think special coaching is necessary for your PSA's to explain

Itâ€™s a personal thing and a matter of opinion when it comes to submitting a sponsor rating and commenting on how the sponsor is doing. Basically rating a sponsorâ€™s performance by PSAs is determined by the relationship that exists between them.

Support and teach your team. Do not expect them to leave a rating or a comment if you are not giving your full support and communicating with your team members.

Reward their efforts and give credit and recognition where it is due. Be friendly and treat them with the respect they deserve, not as your downline, but as REAL people.

if you keep them updated sending support messages about at least 3 messages per week.
1.Build your own team , Appreciate them everytime.
2.Create the Power team that team which takes massive action.
3.Mentor them teach them how do everything to grow there business with SFI.

Sponsorâ€™s rating is a monthly action in which you can earn 10VP upon submitting the form.

This is necessary action which helps you to earn additional VersaPoints and additional entry in the Daily Grand Draw.
