The best way is always to be honest and show that you're a human, who wants to have clear relationships with the people. I tell the people in my Team that I will appreciate if they give some feedback to me as a Sponsor and I will learn from my mistakes. I don't like giving thing for hearing an opinion - it's not like a real opinion, but bought. In my Team first of all I try to be a Friend with the people, than business partner and a Leader.
