Well, the fastest way to get a PSA to rate you is to mess up, forget to answer a question, don't send team mail, send mail to him with someone else's name, etc. And then remind him that he hasn't rated you yet and that he will earn 10 vp for spending 10 seconds venting his anger.
Ah, you want good ratings? Start by being an awesome sponsor, or at least one who is dedicated to your PSAs. Do all that you should be doing anyway to help your team to succeed one by one. Create a relationship with them that is based on honesty, trust, and respect.
Then go ahead and reward them a few TCredits for adding a comment with there ratings. Let them know that you are not just wanting to be patted on the back, but also welcome the suggestions for being a better sponsor.
