This is a perfect question... I was just thinking about this. How does our other affiliates use SFI Instant Messaging to communicate with one another?
As for me, I use it simply because it helps me build up the rapport from our team. To continue to build a great relationship with your business, you have to also treat your team as your partners. They are not only here to dramatically contribute to your success but also to give something to look forward to in the future of your business.
My best tips for them; I motivate them to think BIG! to think THAT ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
to think that YOU CAN DO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING IF YOU PUT YOUR MIND INTO IT. to think that your EFFORTS & HARD WORK ARE NOT WASTED.
Those are just some of the basic things that I remind my team so that if they do forget the reason why they choose SFI to build their business, then they can remind themselves all of the reasons to believe why?.
I hope that all of our Affiliates all over the World will continue to be motivated to grow their business here for SFI. You have to keep moving forward to succeed.
