I like this question and wish it were somehow possible to rewind whilst still retaining the knowledge I have acquired thus far regarding the SFI Business. If I were to start over at SFI, the first thing I would do is avoid joining in the middle of the month. I say this because during my first month in SFI, I managed to attain the rank of GTL, meaning that if I had timed this correctly, I definitely would have hit Platinum (PTL) before the end of my first month.I would make sure I take a look at the LAUNCHPAD, SFI BASICS and go through the daily actions and pointable actions every single day, without failure!
Secondly, I would engage with my upline much earlier on and badger them with as many questions as possible. I would also try and start building a down-line as quickly as possible and closely monitor my affiliates' progress. I would also feedback to my PSAs and CSAs all the valuable advice and tips syphoned from my upline and other SFI colleagues as well as valuable information (hot gen) picked up from the SFI website and other sources.I would keep in contact with all my down-line in order to pin-point the movers and workers, with whom I would work quite closely.
I would also invest in such products like S-Builder and IAHBE at the very start and advertise in as many classifieds and websites as possible. I would also make sure I can account for every cent invested and find a way or system of monitoring my progress and profits. Fortunately SFI has improved considerably since I joined as I can now review up to the minute revenue statistics via the 'SCOREBOARD' tab. I would motivate my team through competitions and perhaps 'gift cards' when these become available (no gift cards when I joined). If I were asked difficult questions or queries from my downline, I would utilise my upline, forum and a2a to solicit the best answers.
The other thing I would do is become an ECA during the first week and in so-doing try and clear all my valuable clutter in the house. Basically I would probably stop at that during my first month in order to allow absorption time and avoid being overwhelmed by too much information and tasks. I would then wait for the commisions and payouts around the 10th of the following month before formulating my next move and strategy...
