Once you have settled down to recruit PSA's and you are getting PSA/s steadily thats exactly the time you want to help out your PSA's with ressignments.
By having competitions among your PSA's also you can Reassign to the winners.
Its a strategy that you know best what will work for you to advance in SFI in every respect. You do get action points for reassignments and its to be considered if necessary.
Therefore when you have studied and understood your position in SFI and also your workers position and plan out how you can develop your team , then you can go ahead and ressign.
