As a new Team Leader, you should still be trying to gain as many PSAs as possible, but at the same time you should be developing and training those who are showing a keen interest in succeeding with SFI. As your numbers increase, you will quickly be able to spot your star Affiliates and, as you do that, you will want to help them keep up their enthusiasm. You will then begin to think of reassignments.

The number of PSAs is not always the best determining factor as to when you should begin

This is one of the most important questions that should be in the mind of every leader. Thank you, Pstricia, for bringing it up.

First of all one should understand the reason, why is it a good idea to reassign PSAs under other PSAs in the first place. Of course, the best insights on this are delivered by Gery in this article:

Now, if you really believe in your hart that reassignment is a right thing to do, that it is better

Under the SFI policy, you are only able to reassign an affiliate when you become a Team Leader. After reassignment, the reassigned affiliate become the new PSA of the receiving affiliate. We are only able to reassign once and it is an irreversible action, in that you cannot take back your reassigned PSA. I have to make this clarification because I have seen a similar question ''pop up'' in the forum before.

Why would a Team Leader want to reassign an affiliate when he/she earns the largest

The number varies from leader to leader. Everyone has his own satisfactions level. Few thinks 5 good and active ones are enough to get going few thinks 10 is the minimum number. I would suggest few points to consider before reassigning

1. If you get and good and quality affiliates early in your business do not hesitate to reassign him affiliates even you have only few. Because you will rarely find them. So once you start rewarding he will perform better. This will keep your team in a right

That's a great question. Its initially confusing to everyone, regarding how to know at what point the reassignment will be most beneficial to build the business..

The answer is very simple if we understand the basics behind the reassignment. The reassignments are done, when

1. The sponsor is having too many PSAs that he could not clear all the doubts of all the PSAs..

2. An actively working PSA who needs a team.. That active PSA may be financially weak to afford

I know it is time to reassign PSAs when one of my PSAs becomes an Executive Affiliate. It is one of the most common incentives that most team leaders gave their EAs.

It does not end there though; Team Leaders has a responsibility to make sure that he monitors the progress of the new EA or team leader as he will be receiving questions from his or her down lines.

I feel the frustrations of some of the EAs or team leaders in my down line when their PSAs are not active. When I

Personally, I think if you are wondering whether you have enough PSAs to reassign, then you are asking the wrong question!

Questions you should be asking are:

1. Do I have PSAs who are working hard to build their business?
2. How can I best help those PSAs?
3. Will reassigning PSAs (or even one PSA) to them help to motivate, encourage and reward them?

There are probably more good questions, but those are the ones I ask myself.

As you can see,

As soon as you have PSA's that are eligible for transfer.

Reassigning PSA's is a great tool for helping your downline, especially helps new members have some downline themselves. The hardest part of starting out is getting a downline especially if you have limited funds. Even reassigning inactive affiliates gives the new person the opportunity to gain 120 VP points for sending out a weekly newsletter. This gives them practice in writing the newsletter, and they might be able to activate

Hi Patricia,

Knowing when to re-assign PSAs in difficult, you have to strike a balance between safeguarding your own position and encouraging your other PSAs, you also have to consider if you will actually discourage the PSA being moved.

As we all know you can only move PSAs who have scored 600+ versa points in the last 90 days, and you can't re-assign PSAs who have been re-assigned to you.

To achieve the level of Bronze Team Leader you need to amass 1000 versa points

Very Good Question, I have to say "You'll Never Have Enough PSA's"

Now it is very important to build a strong team and a stronger network, when you reassign PSA's you are not just doing it as a reward, you should see this action as part of your planning to get strong network bases, and as a result a more stable, larger and solid income.

You must realize that reassigning would guaranteed a regular income on your hard worker PSA's, this would stimulate their performance;
