My suggestion is to invest and recruit, recruit, and recruit again; it’s a numbers game. There is no "enough" in PSAs. The average dropout rate is 86% for MLM marketing. So, out of 100 PSAs, that leaves you 14.

Building a strong PSA downline is not easy and it is harder to keep people than it is to recruit them.

Keeping you PSAs will give you more time to increase your knowledge and experience in managing your PSAs before reassigning them.

Use reassigning for incentive and motivation building for new affiliates.
