Well ... in my opinion never you'll have enough PSA's but you can reassign to your downline when you'll wish!

You will decide that moment :)!

It very important to motivate your downline giving them some prizes like PSA'S, TC'S or other things but it's important that you also have a good team.

Try to check every time what your downline needs because in that way you can help your team ! It important to sustain your team to create their own team !
