You can find possibles affiliates on many occasions, for example on the internet (you can promote your SFI link on Facebook,Twitter,Hi5,... );through friends (in my opinion they are the best :D);buying a SBuilder from TripleClicks or members from TripleClicks (one of this member could be your Golden Fish :d).
Be positive and send e-mails from the beginning to your new affiliates.

In my opinion you have to list a product that anyone can buy (for example : e-books; accessories; things you do not use anymore)
E-books for example are some of the most affordable products keeping in mind that everyone read today.
Search on the internet those E-books with Master Reseller Rights.You must know that not every e-book can be sold.
Don't forget to luck about products that everyone use day by day or constantly!

Well ... in my opinion never you'll have enough PSA's but you can reassign to your downline when you'll wish!
You will decide that moment :)!
It very important to motivate your downline giving them some prizes like PSA'S, TC'S or other things but it's important that you also have a good team.
Try to check every time what your downline needs because in that way you can help your team ! It important to sustain your team to create their own team !

If you receive non-active re-assigned affiliates happens for a reason!Everyone deserve a chance!Maybe they were not active because the thought that this is to complicated. But if you send them emails with this great opportunity maybe you can make them to change the opinion and make them think that if they want something they could have.
