I would start by asking them WHY they joined in the first place. This question will help to reveal their wants, needs, aspirations, and dreams.
Some of the top reasons might be that they are looking to make a few extra bucks a month to help supplement their current income, gain financial independence to live a better lifestyle, be home to raise their children themselves.
Try to find the REAL reason! Don't settle for the general reasons like make money or work from home. Find the deep routed reason why they want to make money or work from home.
Once you determine their hot button then ask them, "Why are you giving up on your dream of (insert whatever their dream is)?"
Tell them "SFI is truly the best vehicle to help them get your dream of (insert whatever their dream is)."
Then tell them you will help them create a plan of action and set goals to get their dreams.
Keep in contact with them daily by TeamMail and constantly remind them of their dream.
This will show them that you care and will help develop a trust.
If they still want to give up, either their dream isn't big enough, or there are other circumstances involved. Just remember you are not going to be able help those who will not also help themselves!
