A tough question really. The toughest start on any online business to convince someone who is not in a mood to log in back anymore. I can help you with some tips which i used to give my frustrated affiliates some time. But before that you must ensure "You have understand his problem well and tried the best way of solution". If it is still not fine, try following points.

1- Teach them the concept "Winners never quit and quitters never win" with some classic examples which you can find in SFI forums.

2- You must have faced the same situation in your early days in SFI. Tell the your real story how you got benefited because you never gave up where as many of your friends lost because they gave up.

3- Tell them, the only to fail is giving up. Inspire them with the success stories of Patience.

4- Make them realize that "Every dog has its day" and hence his/her days will certainly come. The only thing he/she needs is patience and persistence.

Normally affiliates give up and quit without informing sponsor or upline. But if you get informed about any of your team member or any affiliate about his decision to quit, try to convince him/her by:

1. Showing him benefits at SFI. Give him some appealing point and comparison to some other online businesses.

2. Give him details and time it took about your success with SFI. Explain that it takes some efforts and persistence.

3. Explain that it is like a real company. Same applies to SFI business. Must show up everyday to get any return.

4. Offer him some rewards like Gift Certificates/Tcredits etc. each month to motivate him.

At least I will try my best to convince him not to hurry up. Take his time to study other online opportunities, as I did myslef and found SFI the most trusted and beneficial.

I will tell you some outline. Just look. If you feel you want to quit then rethink about it.
SFI is not a PTC or BUX company. It's a company that is providing us with Opportunity to earn. So if you quit, they are not going to lose anything. But a good opportunity doesn't come often.
Fine, let me come to the point.
The VP you are earning is a share in this company. The more you have the share then it is going to be more commissions.
Free VP you can obtain every month is given like a bonus. (492 or 503 VP)
Apart from this you can win Daily grand and Ttime - bonus
If you want to open a store (physical or E-store), how much would be the cost incurred to open a store?
Fine you have opened a store. How long does it take to get customers? You have to pay the fixed cost every month.
Here at SFI you get a free store, free to place the products. Having 1.5 million and above customers, from 190 countries with 67000 and more products.
Either you display products for sale or sell the product available in the store.
But just for clicking " I reviewed " tab every day, you can't expect profits.
So talk with your sponsors and sort out the issue and start your work.
Who knows, maybe you would be a Team Leader in a month.

There are two types of quitters in SFI.

1. Those who quit without trying - leave them alone.
2. Those who will quit but tried. - These are our concern in this question.

As sponsor we should know the common causes why our affiliates wanted to give up.

1. If time - the solution is lie-low for awhile, rest, just log-on once in awhile.
2. If money - teach him how to sell rather than how to buy.
3. If skills - go with him in some training provided by SFI.
4. If lack of understanding - explain those part that he don't understand.
5. If vision/plan/strategies - Help him have one.
6. If he wants quick money/lazy but he is will to invest teach him how to use his money.
7. If he wants quick money/lazy and don't have money to invest - leave him alone. SFI is not for him.

It requires good grasp of every angle of SFI in your part to be able to convince someone.

Lastly, your affiliates are human with minds and priorities. Respect them.

Wow seriously this is a difficult one and a tricky question. Reason being that the affiliate is not new to the business and must have had a good idea what the business is all about but faces some challenge that may be discouraging.

There so many reasons an affiliate could want to give up, such as:
1. Time- it could be such a one may be busy
2. Inability to make purchases
3. Difficulty in maintaining team leadership possition
4. Not able to gather VersalPoint etc
5. Many new affiliate think SFI is a get rich quick so after a month or two may find it difficult to cope and seeing the return on their VP may get them discouraged.

Well first of all try and find out what is the reason or what challenges the affiliate is facing and why quitting is an option to him or her.

Then what every reason the affiliate comes up with, as much as you can, try and solve such issues or proffer answers that could be of help.

In the case where time could be a reason, you can encourage the affiliate to spend at least 30 minute a day.

Also remind them why the first joined SFI

If its in the place of making purchases to obtain and maintain team leader you could transfer or offer to purchase TC for them. so that the can use to bib and in turn make MRP to buy TC and make more VersalPoints

Make it clear that SFI is not a get rich scheme but rather a mass job creator that should appeal to anyone with a passion to work with and to help people.
So if someone is looking for a job SFI is the place to be in not to leave. Actually the affiliate already has gotten a job for self. What remains is to do the work and get paid. That is what all jobs are about. Work and get paid.
But there are additional benefits working with SFI. You are your own boss. You choose the activities and the timing. You can even determine your own salary according to data provided by SFI.

Well if any affiliate giving up SFI , you must try to know the reason for which he/she is giving up. Let me give you some reasons and Solution of it :

1) Cant Understand System : Most of people are in so hurry if they the get bit complex in middle of road thing they are leaving.

Solution : Try to use Skype or good chatting service or give them knowledge via Videos, because 80% of people are lazy to read so Visual learning is best for this problem.

2) Due to lake of marketing : Most of people are getting failed because they don't know marketing and giving up SFI.

Solution : You need to let them know about Free marketing of PTC sites, Classifieds, Forums and also about Paid advertising and right places to get good Traffic, Finally you can tell them about Paid Sign ups for Boosting up their business.


3) Due to lake of selling knowledge : Some people are having good stuffs to sell but don't know effective ways to sell.

Solution : Refer them good e-books for Selling and stuff marketing, how to build up retail business and lots of such usefull content is available.

4) Failed in Pricebenders : This is common problem of most of people.

Solution : Without being practical you will never get knowledge. Bidding randomly in all will never let you win. Many factors affecting it , try to do analysis of it and go accordingly.

5) For low commission : Most of people are in vain of get rich quick system and asking for more commission without seeing their Hard work.

First thing you need to do is identify the reason why the particular affiliate wants to Quit. The following could be the reasons.

1. Your affiliate joined the business thinking they could earn big income quick and hence they are disappointed with the business. Ask them to go through the Launchpad and if they are not convinced let them go, they will always be a burden even if they stay.

2. Your affiliate is not able to grasp the business or lacks experience in building their Team. Your duty is to help them understand the business ask them questions make them ask you questions too. This will help you understand the area of problem they are facing. You can teach them about the Free advertising resources and stress the need for consistent and persistent efforts to get results.Also you may need to this for their affiliates if they are not experienced and hence are unable to guide their affiliates.

3. Your affiliate understands the business but does not have a budget for maintaining EA status and advertising. You must help them earn some income by promoting TripleClicks products, Auctions and ECA opportunities using free advertising resources like Traffic Exchanges, Safelists, Classified ads, forums etc. Consistent and persistent efforts are required.

4. Your affiliate joined as they were attracted by auctions and now find that they are unable to win any items hence want to Quit. Explain the need to learn how to approach the auction bidding for eg :

a. Never be emotional while bidding as you tend to make lot of mistakes.

b. Always have a bidding budget before starting to bid.

c. It is always advisable to watch an auction for a while before bidding which helps in knowing the participants and how many of them are determined to win based on this decision on whether to enter or wait can be made.


5. Your affiliate is not able to devote time for growing their business. In this case you can guide them to use various tools like co-op advertising, S-builder, standing Order, buying CSA's etc to grow their business without investing more time.

First and foremost I will have to find out why the person wants to quit and the reason he joined SFI. These two factors will determine the kind of advice I will use to convince the affiliate.

Again it will be necessary to use my own experience in SFI as a yardstick to convince the affiliate. Most time we jump into a business without first learning how it works.

It will be necessary to let the affiliate know that SFI is not for get rich quick. It’s a solid business to be built on over time.

It requires patience, hard work, training and constant learning. Like every other business it takes a while before the business matures and start yielding fruits.

I will quickly chip in the fact that even in the course of joining SFI you spend nothing and yet you are rewarded. I don't know any other business that does same.

The training and experience acquired in SFI cannot be quantified with money and will not be taken away from the affiliate whether he stays or decides to quit. It’s an enduring legacy.
