The best way to motivate your team is by getting them dreaming.
Find out why they joined SFI in the first place. You can find that by going to your genealogy, click on their name, look at their profile(click "show" to open their profile), and read their answer to: "Your NUMBER ONE reason for starting your SFI business."
Then contact them and talk about that number one reason. Help them visualize what their life will be like after the reach that goal. Do this on a regular basis, every few days.
They will eventually get a burning desire to accomplish their dream. Then encourage them to teach others to do the same thing.
Then if you want to get some posture, tell them they can never quit because they promised others they would help them achieve their dreams! They would be letting them down.
