What is success? Surely not what most BTL's earn when they don't invest any money? All businesses depend on the exchange of money or physical objects or services.
When you think small, you invest small. When you invest small, it is usually in all areas, such as time, effort, imagination, creativity, and money.
Do you want your team to follow what you are doing? Then keep doing what you are already doing. Teach them to get by spending no money, taking little steps that will get them to the minimum goal, never trying to upgrade their status.
Teach them not to buy products, that's OK with you, you just get most of your SFI commission through what they buy. And you are not investing and buying anyway. Never mind that your sponsor is also giving up his commission on anything you are not buying.
Think of what your responsibilities are here at SFI and stop convincing others to go the s-l-o-w way that takes so much effort that they will surely quite before they see success in any true sense of the word.
