For most new affiliates, it is difficult to believe that they can be #1 in their class at the end of the 365th day. It doesn't matter that it's free. Winners of races often take a strong initial lead---place them high above the green line--then, it is easy to keep the lead and improve it. Be willing to do for yourself what MOST WILL NOT DO. My class has dropped from 2236 down to a steady competitive 41. Now, I have real competition. I am #3 but I have a lot of work to do to become #2, and much more work to become #1. Have you managed to get through the first five. Look at you achievements? Do you se that you are an E365 Finalist? Well, you have a whole year to stretch for #1. But it is important for your new affiliates to know they must fight in the first five which are short. Have them realize it is going to tell whether their chances of being successful in SFI is very much dependent on whether they make the Finalist position in E3665. Richard
