What you need to do is :

1. Give them proper knowledge of the Whole scenario of SFI immediately after sign up.

2. Indicate point of E365 in your welcome letter so they can aware of it.

3. First make them Fast track member so they will get 500 free VP and this 500free vp will be very much helpful to be above Greenline and to be in the contest.

4. Get them understand about "GREEN LINE". Because most of the people having problem with this reducing Greenline points.

5. Give them proper knowledge of Each round and how to use free VP source of Getting started actions, Intermediate actions and launchpad points.

6. Give them knowledge of their class people and Prizes of each round and their benefits.

New Affiliates most of the time get confused with the E365 Competition.
1.It is important to explain to them the Green Line on the E365 Leaderboard displaying the MEDIAN number of VersaPoints scored by all the members of their class to date who are in the contest.
2.The benefit of staying above the green line,advancing the first five rounds and winning more prizes by the end of the round.(25MRP,50MRP,100VP,200VP,300VP)in respective rounds.The prizes get bigger each round plus bonus prizes.
3.Guide them to take more actions on their To-Do List including the 500 Fast Track points, and score some more points before the round ends if they are below the green line in order to get to the sixth and final round.
To be named Entrepreneur365 Champion is prestigious,accumulating the most VP in their class by the end of your 365th day.

SO WHAT IS IT?
Entrepreneur365 (E365) is an SFI contest based on VersaPoints that every new SFI affiliate is automatically entered in. Each participating affiliate has the opportunity to win a share of OVER $100,000 in cash and prizes...while learning about how to create a successful SFI business! There is no cost to participate in the contest, and you can earn VersaPoints through a variety of educational and business-building actions.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS..

E365 is a challenge in which you compete with every other SFI affiliate who joined SFI the same day you did. The idea is to outlast them all and, on your 365th day in SFI, be named the champion of your class—an Entrepreneur365 Champion!

As an E365 Champion, you'll receive special corporate recognition, a spot on the E365 "hall of fame" Website, bragging rights, and a handsome plaque for your office wall (shown at right) to commemorate your achievement, and more. And, along the way, you will have the opportunity to win thousands of dollars in cash and prizes.

The E365 contest is divided into six rounds. The first five rounds are six days each (a total of 30 days). The sixth and final round takes place from your 31st day in SFI until your 365th day (335 total days).

Each time you advance to a new round, you are guaranteed to receive at least one prize, awarded immediately. Prizes get bigger with each subsequent round. See the PRIZES tab for a complete listing of the available cash and prizes.

All of the first five rounds use the same simple rule: Stay above "the green line" and you advance to the next round. What do i mean by a green line? If you're in your first 30 days with SFI, you'll find the "green line" on the E365 Leaderboard. It displays the MEDIAN number of VersaPoints scored by all the members of your class to date that are still in the contest. To advance to the next round, you simply need to score more points than the median, i.e. be above the green line.

The sixth and final round begins on your 31st day in SFI. To win this final round and be named the Entrepreneur365 Champion of your class, you'll simply need to accumulate the most VP in your class by the end of your 365th day. For each of your 335 days as an E365 Finalist, you will have 25 chances to win cash and prizes in our Finalists Drawings (up to 8,375 chances to win). Finalists Drawings are daily random drawings for all qualified finalists from your class and all other classes still within their first 365 days in SFI.

E365 is a fun contest that gives you some great goals to shoot for during your first year in SFI. And while you're competing in E365, you're, of course, also accumulating LOTS of VersaPoints—points that you can put money in your pocket from the TripleClicks Executive Pool.

Make sure that new affiliates are aware of the perm's of trying to be top of their class. Encourage them often to work on their versa points not only to keep them in the running for the competition but also to grow their business. Communication is key whenever you are trying to help or inspire your team.

The best thing you can do is log in daily yourself and watch your "movers" page and your genealogy reports. I watch my new affiliates logins and green line totals. If they are close to dropping below the green line, I personally contact them and bring that to their attention. I also remind them of some quick ways to avoid this happening.

New affiliates are busy learning what SFI is all about. Regular contact with them with personal reminders go a long way in helping them achieve these goals!

E365 contest is a very effective tool to make your new affiliates active. You just need to inform them all about E365 contest.
I try to inform them all the aspect of E365 contest and how they can cross all the first five rounds without having any problem . Prize's they can win in first five round and finally i say them about the final round. Here they can win upto $500 in whole month just by collecting ten V.P. every day, and all the other prize's they may win in ehole year.

Even I add that with very low number of contestant , there's more then 99% chances of they winning $50 prize for 10 times easily.

All this works and PSA's get involve in it. And the purpose of E365 contest is also fulfilled. After all we all need active PSA's and E365 contest is all about that.

The best way to get new affiliates to focus on E365 is to get them to know from the beginning the advantages of first of all being a Fast Track Member and remain in contest then proceed to become an Executive Affiliates. The affiliate must ensure that he goes through the Lunchpad daily to get the necessary Versa Points. Thereafter, you will need to inform them that hard work is essential to stay in contest. Poverty comes to those who are not ready to work hard. You must express to them that their business here needs a passionate dedication. To me the E365 is an incentive to help the new affiliate stay focused and to build a spirit of healthy competion among affiliates in their first month.
So how do i get my affiliates to focus on it.
In the first day of enrollement i try and get in touch and make sure they get the fast track badge, telling them it will make things easier for them later on.
Where they fail to make the fast track, i keep a watchful eye on them remainding to watch the greenline. The only way to get them to focus is to watch with them. Because in the first month they are still learning and may give priorty to the wrong things.
Sometimes i track them on facebook and explain the benefits of moving on to the next round.
I know some of my PSAs, who are finalist, having money issues are holding on hoping to win $50 so they can invest in their SFI business.

Best thing to do is to first of all convey the message from your welcome to the new affiliates. The welcoming message should contain in a nutshell all the achievements that are there for grabs. Once the achievements are highlighted, the next move is to always highlight the importance of the E365 competition in the weekly address.
