For example, a downline who has attained the rank of Executive Affiliate would want to know how to maintain his rank. I would then suggest putting a standing order if funds will allow, or I would give TCredits to help with buying items from TripleClicks or participating in Pricebender auctions. The I would recommend reviewing the SFI Basics, especially the three ultra simple steps, and understanding the SFIRules of Success. I would also share valuable tips from the forum and from the SFI News and other sources. I would also emphasise the importance of daily logging in and doing the actions to earn more points.
If a downline is a BTL, I would share valuable posts and information gathered from reading the training and procedures from SFI and from IAHBE. In addition, as I monitor his/her progress through the Movers in my Homepage, I would send an email offering help or whatever, if needed. I would also share my goal, vision experience and knowledge gained from reading. I would cheer and encourage him/her every step of the way and give kudos and commendation in my ledership page.
If a downline is an STL or higher, my level of support would be in the form of morale booster, and cheering and applauding the great achievement for I have yet to attain that level myself. It would be great if I can join them in their high status.
But if a downline is a new Affiliate, my level of support would be the best and the greatest for I have known and experienced the frustration and bewilderment of getting started without the help of my sponsor. I try to be an Awesome Sponsor so that my downline will not suffer the same frustration and the feeling of being an orphan in SFI. And my level of support will be special if a downline is working hard and not showing signs of giving up.
