Sponsoring tons of 'inactives' can help you but you gain more from "a few good men"! In the comparison of quantity over quality, quality definitely wins out in the long run. Short term sponsoring tons many affiliates will help you gain valuable versa points that count toward TL qualification. You can earn up to 3000 per month! This is AWESOME! These point to expire after 90 days so you have to continually recruit.

With the appropriate guidance and training in time, affiliates that do the bare mininum in the beginning may eventually come to life. I did! Remember that I've been in SFI since 2007 but only since 2010 have I ACTIVELY been in SFI! Treat your business like one and spend in proportion to your earnings. When you can invest in co-ops I HIGHLY recommend it. Better yet, why not invest in yourself and learn how to become a 'Top Global Enroller'.

To recap, you can earn valuable versa points that will help you progress toward TL qualification. The larger your network is the greater the income potential in theory. Inactives do come alive sometimes. The key is to connect with your new affiliates within the first 24 to 48 hours of them joining SFI. Offer them the knowledge that you have. What you do know, you can't teach so connect with someone who does like your upline PTL or corporate. Essentially you earn 45% on the commission volume generated by your PSAs. I know that some affiliates are inactive because they don't get the big picture. You must help them see the big picture. Once these affiliates get started they will be committed for life! Don't waste time trying to revive a "dead horse!" Gage who your workers are and help them. When affiliates don't even ask questions/log in they have little interest in SFI/TripleClicks.

If you are looking for ECAs to connect with on TripleClicks then use the search feature and enter the appropriate query. If you are looking for ECA to recruit; then, consider each aspect carefully. Which type of ECAs are your looking to recruit? Small independents? Home businesses? Midsized businesses? Or are you trying to recruit franchises, like Friedman's, Macy's, or Nordstroms? You should adapt your advertising efforts to the type of ECA you want to attract. Then, appeal to 3 aspects that your potential ECAs will consider to be a competitive advantage. Your best sources are going to come from the Chamber of Commerce, the Business Services Directory, and the yellow pages! However, don't forget about business publications and directories.

The reason why badges are so important is because you are the flag bearer of your network. Your team is going to follow your lead. They look to you for guidance and for support. As Leaders we cannot expect on downeline to do what we have not done. Therefore, we are setting the expectation for your network by the badges that you have a achieved. The proof is in the pudding!

This is an interesting question and thank you for your contribution to the SFI network, sir. First of all, you want to appreciate rhe efforts of all of your affiliates. They trust your judgement and a kudos well deserved goes a long ways. Notwithstanding, it is more imporfant to differentiate between the incentives than the priority.

I answer mail on a first come first serve basis only. An EA with a question deserves my full attention just as much as an BTL. Though I reward effort accordingly; they each demand my equal attention. I believe in treating all of your movers with respect and courtesy regardless of their rank.

The absolute best way to introduce strangers to TripleClicks/SFI is to share with them products that you have bought from the TC marketplace. Every other day or so fabulous electronics are won at rock bottom prices on Price Bender Auctions! I won a hd video recorder. When they ask how you got such a great deal then you simply tell them I bought it at a big discount from this website and then hand them a card. Let them lead the conversation with any questions that they have. If you get stumped on a question just tell them that you will call them with the answer. When you do, arrange a 3 way with your up line or another member from your team. Then turn the conversation over to them and let them answer the questions the prospect may have. It called a third party endorsement and works well when done correctly.

You should continue to send all weekly team mail to all of your affiliates. The key to connecting with affiliates over the long haul is personal interaction. As soon as you get an affiliate notification you NEED to make the initial contact with that affiliate. Let them know upfront what you expect them to achieve in the first 30 days. Be sure to get a complete affiliate profile. Offer your support and encouragement all along the way. Inactive affiliates are inactive for various reasons - sadly I learn that a dear affiliate has been hospitalized, or life events do occur. So don't be too critical of inactives just try to personalize your approach to your team. Let them know that you are in the same boat that they are in - "looking for additional income". Remember to push the 'hot buttons' when writing to your team. We are share an entreprenuerial spirit. Build a rapport and trust and you will find that more of your affiliate that are active will become super achievers. You don't need them all just the ones who are committed. In conclusion, once someone has determined what they are willing to sacrifice they have set their course for success or failure - that is up to them not you.
