There are many actions in SFI for which you can earn VersaPoints. Which is the action you should recommend to your downline to focus on and why?

The daily actions are my favorite because they keep you plugged into the SFI website. By going through the to-do list on a daily basis, you develop healthy business habits that will benefit you during those days when you don't feel like working. It also sets an example for your team when they see your daily VP streak badge on your profile. You can set the bar high for others to try to reach with the daily actions.

Can I be successful in SFI without investing any money? And if so, how?

The simple answer is yes. SFI will never require any kind of financial commitment for anybody who signs up. However, that does not mean you will advance at the pace you would like.

If you are a natural at sales, you will be able to gain commission quickly. If you are a natural at networking and recruiting, you will build your team quickly. You can build a successful business without investing any money as long as you are investing your time.

However, my question is why would

How do you know if you are capable of building a successful SFI business?

The easy answer is that you know you are capable if you own a computer and you sign up because this business is that user friendly. However, there is a moment when you know that you are on the right track, and that moment is different for everybody. For me, the moment I started turning a profit showed me that I am finally succeeding at SFI. It was not a large profit, but I earned more money than I spent for the month and I continue to make a profit every month!

When you send out your weekly team mails, be sure to include a link and description of a product from TripleClicks. Mix it up and use different types of products each week so you can let them know about the variety that is there.

You could also share a story about a product you bought. Personal testimony is very strong especially when you are trying to promote a website that is not as well known as it should be.

Another idea could be to show your affiliates the ECAs from their

The best way to learn how to be successful is to learn from somebody who is already there. Search the forum for those team leaders who have been around for several years. Contact them through the forum by commenting on threads where they are and see if they will allow you to "pick their brain" for information.

Most successful entrepreneurs are happy to share their success stories with those who are willing to listen. Once you find somebody to be a role model for you, walk

My team has a negative attitude about SFI. How can I change it to a positive one?

The first step would be to make sure you keep a positive attitude. In your team mails and other correspondence, make sure you keep everything light-hearted and upbeat in order to keep an optimistic tone in your writing. You can also write about the parts of SFI that are appealing to you. Personal testimony goes a long way so make sure you keep it personal and positive.

If you get a chance to address the issue individually, try to find out the source for the negativity. What is causing

Many of my affiliates have blocked my emails. How can I be an awesome sponsor if I cannot contact them?

I noticed that you said "many" affiliates are blocking your emails. This makes a difference because there could be a trend here with the way you communicate. How often are you sending out emails? What is the content of the emails you send? I don't want to jump to conclusions, but if there are many affiliates blocking you, my first reaction would be to evaluate your communication habits.

If an affiliate blocks your email and does not give a reason for this decision, there

What's the biggest turn-off that I should avoid talking about to prospects for SFI?

For me, the biggest turn-off would be what I call the "Pie in the sky" sales pitch. There are many scams out there that promise outrageous amounts of money if I would just sign up and become an active member of their business. For this reason, I try to avoid any promise of money beyond the facts about the commission structure that we have. By sticking with the facts, we can assure the prospects that there is money available, but there is work that needs to be done in order to earn the

Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?

When I read your question, I am reminded of the saying: "Feed a man a fish and he can eat for a day. Teach a man how to fish and he will never go hungry." I think that there is a point where we are doing too much for our affiliates which creates a lazy team member. Of course, the question is where to draw the line so we can make sure we do not cross it. I would say that as long as you require some work on the part of the affiliate, you will be fine. In other words, meet them halfway

What is the most effective way to communicate with your team?

Since my team is spread out all over the world, the weekly communication through the SFI system is the best way for me. Email is also a good way to communicate because it saves money on international calls and it guarantees that I am not calling during a bad time. Unfortunately, the face to face method of contact is not ideal since it is physically impossible to meet with some of the members.
