With the huge variety of products that are available in TripleClicks, I believe there is something there for everyone. I think the key to which product you promote depends on your target market. You might want to market jewelry more to women than to men. However, if men really know what the female in their life likes, jewelry might just be the answer for their gift-giving.

If you are going to market online, I suggest that you promote a particular product line instead of an individual product. Take earring jewelry as an example. Go into TripleClicks and search for earrings. Once you find an item, click on the SFI toolbox. There you will find the URL to “promote earrings listings”. By promoting a product line instead of an individual item, you might have a better chance of someone finding an item they like as opposed to you finding it for them. You could promote a particular item if you want to, but I would still promote all the items in that listing in your advertising.

If you are going to promote products in person, I would recommend that you promote a product that you are familiar with. Maybe something you have tried or have purchased yourself. This way, you can provide a better explanation or describe the product better to your potential customer. People have a tendency to purchase items that are recommended by other consumers.

And of course, do not forget to promote the gift cards. This would be a simpler item to promote so the consumer could pick out something in any of the areas in TripleClicks.

If earning more money is your reason for promoting, then you will need to search through the individual items and find the ones with the best commissions. It may take a little more time to find them but the extra effort may pay off.

For the holidays and gift-giving season, I would think these item areas would be more attractive to givers and consumers themselves: jewelry, health and wellness, toys, kids, and baby, electronics, gifts and flowers.

As a Team Leader, you have to step up to the challenge of being the example that is easy to duplicate and being knowledgeable enough to assist your Team.

In my opinion, the only way that you can have duplication is if you are setting the example as a Team Leader and/or someone that is serious about being successful in this business. You have to let your downline see/know exactly what you are doing. Whether it is through the awards or badges that you maintain, information in your leadership page or through the emails and information that you share with them. They need to see everything that you are accomplishing and how your actions are making a difference in your SFI business. You need to make sure they understand that anyone can do this business and can be successful if they put their mind to it.

Needless to say, there is a lot of information contained in this program. I believe the confusion comes from people trying to learn too much at one time. SFI has an excellent training program for new members. The SFI Basics and LaunchPad information is the primary place for new affiliates to learn the basics in understanding how the program functions.

As a Team Leader, you need to find out where your new members are in their learning process and keep bringing them back to the basic information if they are having problems understanding. The only way you can do this is if you asked them straight out if something confuses them. You may have to ask them more than once. Some people may not want to tell you they are confused for fear that you will judge them. This is not the case at all. You just need to know where they are in the learning process so you can help them to understand things along the way.

There are numerous good ways to promote SFI. The hard work is done for us. SFI provides excellent marketing aids and methods. All we need to do is get the information out there for prospects to see. And with the new Signing Bonuses, we are given a new level of how we can promote the program.

Everyone that is looking online to earn money is looking for how they can make it right from the start. Mention of these bonuses up front in advertising is going to provide that initial eye-catching response to their research of how to make money online. Also, SFI has ready-made text ads for you to insert in Text Exchange programs and any location that allows a short advertisement. If you want to hand-out flyers or post flyers in legal public areas, SFI has an excellent flyer that promotes the Signing Bonuses.

Each form of advertising has it's potential pitfalls that can cause you problems.

The biggest mistake I want you to be aware of and avoid is in the advertising realm of email marketing from your personal email address.

There are 2 things that are big mistakes:

1) When you send an email out to members from an email list, make sure you put all the email addresses in the Bcc: line. If you put the email addresses in the To: or Cc: line, then all the recipients can see the other email addresses. This means you have shared other people's email addresses without their consent. You have basically spammed their email address. This could get you reported to your email address provider and/or in some legal trouble.

2) Be careful not to send out too many emails at one time or a lot in a short period of time. Some email address providers watch the number of emails you send out and how they are accepted/received by the recipient. If too many email addresses show up as bad or undeliverable at one time, the complete mailing could be perceived as spam. Also, if you email a lot at one time and a large number of the recipients report the email as spam, then you could
be blacklisted as a spammer. Email address providers will protect themselves at this point by shutting down your email account. If your email account is turned off, then you lose all connectivity with your contacts and you would have to start over and re-establish with a new email account, probably with a different provider. This would take a lot of time and in the meantime, you have no email. You can try to contact the email address provider and get your account reactivated, but that also takes a lot of time and convincing. I have seen where even if it is not your fault, the account stays closed. The key is to send out a few emails at a time and stretch the mailings out over a period of time.

I have been in online/affiliate marketing programs for over 15 years. Needless to say, I have been associated with numerous different types of programs: matrices, binaries, revenue-sharing, gifting, nutritional supplements, basically everything. If you can think of it, I have probably tried it.

I had seen SFI advertised before bid did not look close enough to see what the program really entailed. I had recently lost money in yet another program and a little frustrated with trying to make a second income online. I was not looking to start something new but I ran across an advertisement for SFI in a traffic exchange. The one thing that I really liked about the advertisement was there was no hype. As you may have seen in some programs, “hype” is used to emotionally motivate you to join them without doing your due diligence and researching if the program is right for you are not. So, I thought I would give it a closer look. What I came to discover, was a program that was like no other I had been associated with before.

The first thing that caught my attention was the fact that the program had been around for over 17 years. I knew it was not going to disappear anytime soon with that track record. Then I saw that there was over 80,000 commissionable products and services available. And the fact that SFI was in over 190 countries made see that this was a worldwide program that all could do. To me, these were all signs a very viable program. So I decided to investigate more.

Since it was free to join, I signed up right away. Once I got to my homepage, I found a lot of great information that in my opinion would be very easy to follow and duplicate. SFI guides you right to the Start area, takes you through the Basics and even provides the LaunchPad for you to learn about the program in a systematic way. The training provided by SFI is by far second to none compared to other programs I have seen.

I started looking at the other part of the program. There was TripleClicks with the Eager Zebra games to play, there was the Price Bender’s auction area, there were products available, there were numerous e-commerce stores to purchase items from, there was music downloads available and numerous rewards programs for participation. I realized then that SFI was not a single entity but an all-around, complete program that I knew I needed to be a bigger part of.

One more area that I thought was truly magical was the member participation badges. I saw these recognition accolades as an excellent way to brand yourself. Here is what I mean by that. When you are promoting SFI, it is highly probable that the person you are prospecting has no idea who you are. But if they were to take a look at your leadership page, they could see exactly how involved with SFI that you are. They would be able to tell that you are a definite leader in this program and someone they would like to have as their Team leader.

For all these reasons, SFI is the real deal! It truly is a sustainable program with multiple streams of income available where you REALLY can EARN WHILE YOU LEARN!

In 2016, I am going to continue the way I have been growing my SFI business but I am definitely going to make some changes. It is time to take my business to a higher level!

This year, I am going to concentrate more on helping my downline to earn money right from the very beginning of their joining the program. I am going to emphasize how they can earn money by generating sales at TripleClicks.com so they can get paid now while learning and building their business. I believe this will help keep them interested and engaged in the program and also help them to see the growth potential of this awesome opportunity.

I am also going to spend more time prospecting ECA’s so I have more residual income flowing into my account. Selling online is a big business so it just makes sense to try to tap into that market by showing local/area businesses how they can market their products around the world through TripleClicks.com.

Another thing I am going to do is increase my online marketing of SFI and TripleClicks. I want to reach out to those people looking for an online opportunity and show them what I think is the best online program available today. SFI has a tremendous amount of marketing aids and resources. It is just a matter of taking the time to get the advertisements out for these people to see. There are numerous online programs available for you to use for seminars or for a better term, webinars. This is definitely a great way to train your affiliates, communicate with them and pass information. Some examples of programs to use are Google Hangout, GoToMeeting, Join.ME and GVO Conference. Some of these programs may have a cost associated with using them, so you should shop around for which one would best fits your webinar needs. If you are going to have a lot of webinars, it may be worth the cost to invest in a dedicated program.

In order to have a successful webinar, my experience has shown that you need to consider the following:

Choose a program that has the capability to record the webinar so you can share it with those who may not be able to attend. Since SFI is a worldwide business, everyone may not be able to join at the specified time. With the capability to record the webinar, you will be able to share it with all your downline. You may have to come up with a solution to transcribe the recording into other languages.

I would also recommend a program where the attendees can watch/listen via the computer or they can call into a number to hear the presentation. Some people might want to attend the webinar but are not at a computer to do so. They may have the capability of just listening to the webinar over the phone or VOIP.

If you decide to have call-in capability for your webinar, you should consider a program that has a mute feature for all the attendees. Some people are very new to conference calls and do not realize how distracting background noise can be. I have seen (actually heard) attendees carrying on conversations with their families while the presenter is trying to talk. So having the capability to mute everyone so there is no interruption with the training for other people is very important.
I suggest you have a moderator to run the webinar program and facilitate the webinar for you. It is very difficult to try to run the program and teach at the same time. Have one of your team leaders or downline do this for you. They can introduce you, make sure the webinar is recorded, help keep you on time, and look for questions that pop-up in the chat or public area. They can ask the questions during Q & A so you can concentrate on the answers and material. This will also give them experience for their own future webinars.

You should set a specific time for how long the webinar will run. For instance, I would not have a training session of more than one hour. During that hour, you could have 45 minutes of training or presentation and 15 minutes of Q&A. You could break up your training into smaller segments in needed and have a series of training webinars over a period of time.

Use slides (PowerPoint presentation) or share your desktop so the attendees can see what you are talking about. Hearing and seeing at the same time makes for better learning.

Finally, take your time. Do not rush yourself. If you do not get through all the material, then catch it the next time around. Talk to the attendees, not at them. Let them hear the excitement in your voice!

From my experience, the best way to learn how to become a successful online entrepreneur is with a combination of different methods.

Some type of formal training can always benefit an entrepreneur. But this can be very expensive and depending on the course, you may not get the specific training you are looking for.

It also depends on your niche market or what you are trying to achieve with your business. If you are selling products, then you will need to learn more about mass production and distribution. If your business is in the service industry, then you will need to learn more about marketing.

You are the only one who knows what you want to accomplish with your online business. Therefore, I believe you are the best person to know what you need to learn in order to make your business successful.

The combinations of methods that I have found to be most productive are through having a mentor or working with someone who has done that particular online business before, and being self-taught through trial and error. Although trial and error may not sound like a very good method, it is amazing what experience you gain from trying different things and using diverse ways to build your business. But you do not necessarily want to just throw something out there and see if it works. You still need to have a plan and some way to measure the success of that plan. As you try new things, I think you would discover how much your mind can become more creative in formulating strategies and processes to be successful.

SFI has a great training method specific to this program. This, in combination with working with your Upline, Sponsor and/or Co-Sponsor, learning from others via the Forum and Ask SC, and gaining knowledge on your own, would be a solid foundation of what you need to know to be a successful online entrepreneur.

Learning is an on-going process. You will need to be able to adapt to the current environment for continued success.

That’s a great question and one that has so many different ways to respond.

In my opinion, which response you give depends on who you are talking to. You need to understand who your audience (prospect) is. Is it someone you bumped into out in public? Is it an acquaintance or co-worker? Is it a friend or family member? Depending on who your potential prospect is will dictate how you might approach them about SFI.

With someone you do not know, I think you need to learn more about them so you can present that portion of SFI that would appeal to them. I use the technique of FORM – Family, Occupation, Recreation, Message when I am talking to someone I do not know. I make sure that they do not think I am trying to be nosy but most people like to talk about the first four things. Once I know a little about them, then I deliver the “Message” about SFI based on what they have shared with me.

With acquaintances and/or co-workers, my suggestion is to not approach them in the work environment unless the topic of discussion comes up by the other person. They may know or have heard you are building an online business and they may ask about it. You can share a little about the program with them and maybe what it is doing for you. But it might be better to ask them if you could tell them more outside of the office, maybe over a cup of coffee or lunch. Otherwise, bringing up your SFI business at work might make things a little awkward and people not receptive. If you see these individuals outside of the work environment, then I believe it would be fine for you to bring up your SFI business in the conversation.

With friends and family, you probably know them better so approach them as such…as a friend or as a family member. However, be aware of how you present the program. When you talk about SFI, tell how/what it is doing for you. Share your positive experiences with them. If they are curious, they will ask for more information. There may be a situation where you could bring up how SFI could help them with a particular issue. You do not want to put yourself in the NFL…No Friends/Family Left due to being over-bearing about the program.

That’s a great question and one that I think is on the minds on all marketers…experienced and new affiliates.

The way I would approach this situation would be to ask the affiliate to explain what the reason is for their dissatisfaction. Get the affiliate to tell you what is going on. It may be as simple as they just do not understand a part of the program and you could help them work through the confusion. It could be they have something going on in their life that is causing a stressful situation and they are just unconsciously using SFI as a relief valve. Sometimes if you get the affiliate to talk about why they are unhappy with SFI, they may come to a self-realization it is not the program at all but something else. And it could be that the affiliate just wants someone to listen to their concerns. As we all realize, to be a good leader, you have to be a good listener.

There are so many specific things you could say to the affiliate but each answer would depend on who the member is, where they are in the program, what is happening at that point in their life, etc.

To answer your question, I think the bottom line is to communicate with the affiliate. Let them know you are there for them and willing to help them in any way you can. Be supportive in getting them past this current mindset and help them move on to bigger and better things.
