What do I say to an affiliate who complains he's not getting as much out of SFI as he's putting into it?

Tell him first, with great enthusiasm, to look at the big picture. When you start out in business - say a brick and mortar store - you didn't begin the store with the idea in mind that tomorrow you were going to be rich. You knew at the outset all the work, investment, hours you would be putting into your business to make it a success.

That is what he's looking at here. A lot of hard work - all he can give - is what is required to get a business off the ground. Yes, he's putting

Many of my affiliates have blocked my emails. How can I be an awesome sponsor if I cannot contact them?

I would try to figure out why they are blocking your messages. Is your tone too rigid? Are you sending too many messages, too frequently? Do a little soul searching and see if you can come up with the answer. Your affiliates were definitely still reading because you have to read to know how to block. Perhaps try a gentler tone for those who have not blocked you. Wishing you much success in your business.

How do you encourage your PSAs to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest in them?

Start with your movers and then branch out to the rest of your downline. Send a team mail to your movers asking them to tell you what goal they wish to reach in the next month (you can set your own time limit). Ask them to be specific and to send it to your e-mail address. Tell them that you will message them one on one and together you will make a plan for them to achieve this goal.

You can research their objective and list point by point how they can go about reaching their goal.

You feel it in your gut! New beginnings! New challenges! How can I go further than I did in 2015?
How can I help my affiliates to get to EA, Bronze? Plan, Plan! Your momentum will build and the excitement you feel will be overpowering.

People tend to get lethargic over Christmas but in their minds they are still thinking of the many possibilities that a new year can bring. Let your imagination soar! You are on the right path - nothing can stop you.

For how long should my PSAs and CSAs depend on me for help?

It is a two-way street. You help them as long as they require your help and in turn they will grow into the team you want them to be. Also some of them may surpass you in rank and you can help each other with suggestions and advice. I feel as long as you're a team you should continue to help each other.

How long should I pursue inactive PSAs/CSAs with emails, e-cards, etc. before giving up on them?

The answer is Never. Here are a few scenarios:

1. Man reads about SFI, signs up, is very excited about this prospect. Wife comes home from her doctor visit and tells him she was just diagnosed with breast cancer. SFI priority level drops to the bottom.

2. Dad signs up, all is going great, got a few VPs, then new baby is arriving. Dad takes parental leave - does he work SFI, No. He cleans house, feeds the 3 other children, etc. etc. SFI priority level drops to bottom.

3.

I believe your focus changes after you get a team. In the beginning you are learning, you are confused and apprehensive. After you start building your confidence, you then start focusing on building a team. Once you have a team your focus completely changes. You still concentrate on building your own team but you are now focused on helping your team build a team.

It's very exciting, while they're working on getting to EA, you are working beside them helping them to build up their down
