You must make your downline feel that you are there not only as the Sponsor but also as a Mentor! Ask about their family, how life is in their part of the world? Make them feel comfortable as though you are really concerned about them. Show them that you have genuine concern. love and care for them. Most times it is difficult to relate, so do not talk about their SFI Business. You must build a family relationship with them and say there you are there for them if they need your help.Invite them to talk about any problems that they have."Rome was not built in a day". It takes time to build a relationship so be prepared to wait! Become their bosom buddy to open up to you and assure them that their secrets will remain confidential.Once family, broken heartedness,etc are solved by you, you will win their hearts! Then they will listen to you when you ask them to restart their SFI business because you have won them over, they are now ready to trust you and listen to your every instructions! Yes! I fully agree with you that good communication is essential and what you should do to buy a good Dictionary so that you can check the spelling of the words that you write. I like this question very much because it has always been in my heart & desire that something as good as this business with SFI should be shared with my relatives like my brothers, sisters, cousins,uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws,etc, best friends, office colleagues, neighbors, members of your community, etc. An opportunity like this hardly exists in the real world! The only thing that we get for free is the air that we breathe and free of charge when you join SFI! I have joined Multi-level Marketing Companies which collect nothing less than US$ 30.00 as joining fees & you must buy their expensive so-called 'quality' products which you have to find customers to buy. Then you have convince those who have bought the products to join as your down line! That is easily said than done! Here in SFI, you are not forced to buy or sell any products unless you want to. Then the best of all, PSAs & CSAs are placed under you. Can it get easier than that? So all you have to do is carry your tablet, or even your smart phone or android and show them your profile. Once they see the 'Auction bids' where people have won a 42" Digital TV for under US$10.00, they ought to be 'sold' to join SFI as Affiliates under you. They can even see your profile & how many badges that you have earned, If this does not convince, nothing will! I am sure that 'seeing is believing'! so what can they want when you have shown them how successful you have become in SFI with their great 24/7 support team & the Forum.

The question asked is how long should my PSAs and CSAs depend on me for help? Well I would say as long as it is necessary! Some PSAs learn much faster than others. In my case, initially, I needed my Sponsor's help constantly and fortunately, he was always there to answer my questions. After all when I help my PSAs and CSAs eventually all my time and effort will pay me dividends when they succeed in monetary terms! So my advance investment will pay off eventually. Every digital and physical product that my PSA buys, my commission is 45% whereas it is 15% in the case of my CSAs. I hope that I have answered your question satisfactorily.

From my personal experience, I was introduced to SFI via the search engine on the Internet, and I consider myself one of the more fortunate ones to be placed under a Sponsor who initially took good care of me like a 'mother hen' although he slowly 'phased' himself out of the picture once he knew that I had learnt enough to handle things on my own! He is always there for me until now if I need to ask him some questions. We all must understand that being a Sponsor is only part of his duty and he has to take care of his own business & other downlines like me. So we must try to help ourselves as much as possible by reading the Forum for knowledge and information, do the revision of the LaunchPad.Be a Leader who is a Reader! After all this is your own business and it is up to us to hold ourselves accountable for whatever happens, success or failure, we cannot blame anyone else but ourselves. I know that I may be shooting myself in the foot when I say that out of 1,000 who join,only one will make it to the top of the hill and become a DTL according to one of my uplines.If we can work very hard as an employee, why not put in double or treble the effort as the Boss of your own business?

First of all as their Sponsor, you must send them a congratulatory letter inviting them to write to you if they face any difficulty as they are just 'newbies' and that you may be able to help them as you may have encountered these issues yourself and either you turned to your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor for help. This pointer should encourage them that you are readily available to contact you anytime, night or day to advice them on what is the best way to resolve the matters at hand,You can also send them letters of encouragement to motivate them every once a week or so.
