How can I learn to be a good Team Leader for my group?

There are many attributes that make a good Team Leader.

When you receive a new team member, part of their beginning tasks is to visit their Sponsors Leadership page. Here they will be able to see what you do as a SFI member by the badges on your profile.

Show your dedication to your team by sending out good relevant information thru the team mail. While logged in, check on your team members. If you see something that they can improve on to better themselves, let them know.

What qualities should we look for in our PSAs before sending them an invitation for the Designated Diamonds program? And where do I look?

Where do you look? When logging in daily, check your movers tab to find the PSA that is the go getter.

I will let you know how I will proceed to send out invitations to the Designated Diamonds program.

Having new team members that will show the dedication to building their business with SFI is difficult. So when you send the invitation, you want to see that your potential recipient of the invitation is dedicated and committed.

How do you lead your team and have duplication when they are confused about everything?

My best suggestion would be to take one thing at a time.

If you have a team member that is actively asking questions and continuing communication with you. Then let them know that you are there to help and guide them. Help them with the questions they have one at a time until they let you know that they have a good understanding. Once you have satisfactorily answered a question or cleared up the confusion, move on to the next question.

What are the best ways to set up proper communications with my new PSAs?

I would recommend that you, first, send your new PSA a welcome card letting him/her know who you are and that you are looking forward to working with them. Make sure to let them know how to contact you if they need guidance.

Second, your new PSA's 1st month can be daunting to some. Make sure to break down the tasks that need to be completed in a very easy to understand way.

I'm told to lead by example in SFI...but how can I demonstrate this to my PSAs and CSAs?

To demonstrate that you are doing everything that you are asking of your PSA's and CSA's is pretty easy to show. SFI has the badges of all of the accomplishments that we have achieved while building our business. These show all of our activity, for the most part, since the day we have started.

If you are suggesting to your team to set up a SO, they may take a look at your profile and they will see a badge for a SO that you have set up for yourself along with the VP that you receive

Besides the methods that SFI promotes, what are some other goods ways to get your affiliates to the rank of EA2?

The goal for all of SFI Members that have PSA's and CSA's is to see their team members achieve the EA2 every month.

What we need to do, as team leaders, is to provide guidance, support and congratulations for the accomplishments that our team members achieve. If you are doing all of this, in the end, it is up to your individual team members to put forth the effort to achieve their EA2 status.

There is no sure fire way of ensuring that your team members achieve EA2 status.

How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

Let your team members know that:

1- This is a business venture. In every business there is a time frame set, IE; weekly, biweekly or monthly, to calculate all of their profits, loss, inventory etc. After all calculations are made, then the money goes out to where it needs to and the business makes a new plan to improve on the next rotation.

The beginning actions of the newly signed up team member, well, that is totally up to the individual. The only thing to be done, is to do our part.

Send the welcome message. Make sure they know and understand that you are there to help them along. Let them know that SFI is not a scam or hype. Continue to provide the guidance that is needed.

How often and in what ways should we have contacts with our CSAs?

The only difference between a PSA and a CSA is the percentage of commissions that we would receive from their purchases and VP's earned during any given month.

I recommend that you contact your CSA's just as you would your PSA's. I say this because 99% of my commissions come from my CSA's on my team. I have, at any given time, 1 to 4 PSA's logging in periodically to work on their business.

So, in my opinion, your CSA's are just as important as your PSA's. Treat them as such.

I want to be a good co-sponsor to my CSAs...but I don't want to overstep boundaries on those who have a great sponsor. How do I fill my role appropriately?

A question to ask yourself is how would you like to be co-sponsored? What type of information would you like to receive from your Co-Sponsor?

Being a Co-Sponsor is just as important as being a Sponsor to a PSA. Your CSA's still need guidance and congratulations for a job well done. Some CSA's have no active Sponsor, so in this case you would fill in the shoes of their Sponsor and provide the guidance and answering questions they may have.
