Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?

If they are doing their Daily Tasks, it shows their interest.
We as sponsors need to understand the reason why they are limiting their success by not advancing.
It could be due to:
1. Fear or Lack of Trust
2. Non-availabilty of funds or unwillingness to spend
3. They may be slow starters
4. Barriers they might be facing in understanding the benefits and so on.

The most important skills that relate to affiliates who can become successful would be pertaining to their interest and conviction. Now, how do we identify them?
When an affiliate joins the team, be vigilant to see their activities for next 7days.
- Completing their profile and other getting started activities.
- Their regularity at attaining AVP’s

This is definitely a tricky question.
Each individual is different and may have different apprehensions. To built one script to address all would be difficult task but we know that one common thing in each case is earnings.
So, I feel we need to built it around the opportunities SFI provides us to Earn. List them out to prospects and their would be something they would get attracted to.

Pay per action earnings

According to me, MRP is the bonus kitty that you have with you.

You can utilize them in many different ways and for different products. To make the most out of them is situation and preference based and may vary from one person to other at different times. First and foremost the affiliate’s profile provides you the ingredients to make a rapport with the affiliate by sending them the customized Welcome message. This when communicated in personalized manner breaks the ice between you and your PSA.

Once the communication is open and is two ways, you can start sending mails related to their training and that brings growth to them.

When starting out in SFI, is it better to invest in advertising or in an EA-qualifying purchase?

I would say both are important for your growth in SFI, but need to be dealt when the time arise for them. One relates to short term to ongoing feature and other relates to long term goal.
How?
EA qualification is mandatory to enjoy the growth benefits at SFI. You can realize your commissions only if you maintain your monthly EA rank. Hence purchase towards EA qualification is must. This itself is not going to provide you growth.

Two way communications is very important in a business where you are dealing with people and their motivation levels are of very high importance to you.

One - on - One would be the best method but as most of the affiliates are too far to be dealt this way, so mailing them is the option. Once a rapport is built skype is the best way to communicate with them.

This reminds me of the SFI Rules of success, Rule no.4 “Work with the workers” see www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSWorkWithWorkers. If we read it, it would be clearly understood that it is not the numbers (Quantity) that would determine your success rather the Quality.

Having said so, the continuity in sponsoring affiliates each month would provide you the opportunity to find the quality in affiliates that is desired to grow and make your business successful.
