The specific ways individual affiliate can help SFI have a BIG year in 2016 are

1. Each affiliate should show commitment to the SFI 2016 theme by working to achieve the set targets individually and in group

2. Each affiliate should be working with his/her team in 2016. If you are a leader, work with your PSAs and CSAs as well as your upline. If not a leader yet, work with your entire upline to achieve.

Brainstorming can help one build his/her SFI team. Brainstorming can be either done internally or externally. Internally brainstorming is one done with ones upline and downline while external brainstorming is the one carried out with other people outside our team. The qualities to look for in a PSA to become Designated Diamond are:

- Should be an EA2

- Consistency at his/her SFI Daily, Weekly and monthly task.

- Dedicated to sponsoring and duplication

- A goal getter and good understanding of how to use the SFI tools to get results.

Where to look for your DD is on your Mover page and genealogy table.

How would you approach the CEO or other VIP of a large, national company to become an ECA?

CEO or VIP of large national companies are usually not easily assessable. To approach them to become ECA will involve the combination of methods. These are:

1. Mailing- Writing a professional and brief email or letter to such person is a good starting point. The content of the mail should be to introduce oneself, give a short story of ones mission and request for an appointment for proper understanding of the mission.

I want to be a good co-sponsor to my CSAs...but I don't want to overstep boundaries on those who have a great sponsor. How do I fill my role appropriately?

Co-sponsor is a role that is very important as a sponsor. You do exactly what you do for your PSAs to your CSA. You are not over stepping any boundary in carrying out your legitimate role. As long as you are acting within the SFI rules of engagement, you are fine.

Remember that the CSA is also your responsibility to teach and assist in growing his/her SFI business. Your input is important to their growth. If you know their sponsor and think the sponsor is awesome, that's your opinion.
