People make mistake by the commercial or advertisement they are seeing and be victimized as a result of it. Work one or two hours a day you will make a ton of money in the next Few weeks or a month or two. Since it is so tempting and believable from the emotional Side of it, it is far from the truth.

Ask yourself if I open a physical business or store, how long do I have to work every day to be profitable ?.

Will you open your business at 9 am in the morning and close 10 or 11 am in the morning
And will still be profitable and successful while every business around you open and
Closes after 8 or 10 hours of work days every day ?.

This business is no different than any other business, the more you work on it in terms
Of time and investment the more you succeed. But one thing I know, those same people
That tell you to work an hour or two a day and you will make a living from that effort, they
Worked day and night before they reach where they are now, so you only know your
Capacity how much time to spend to succeed and have a profitable business.

Hi Mary,
Good question, probably many think like you also. But in the world of business, how do you discourage someone who are so motivated to move forward regardless of experience. Also if we talk as general, how do you know their past experience weather they were in leadership position prior to this one unless they stated this is their first online business? .

Even that there is no way to discourage someone rather than support them, guide them , train them , teach them all the necessary tools to become a great leader . After all this is the reason you are there for them for to take their loads till they stand on their own.

As a good leader you have access to all necessary tool here especially at SFI if you choose to use it. One simple thing is you have access to all generation, by using that you can help your new leader by sending encouragement letters, recognition, tips and ideas to all team affiliates and members and train your new leader how to manage his/her team in this manner.

That's why we work as a team to help each other, build one another, to grow together. So no discouragement is necessary when they are motivated and ready to work.

My SFI business or any other business.

I use every means of tools I get in my disposal,talking
to people, Putting add on different paid or free sites,
passing fliers or business cards, write blogs.
The more I exposed The business to the mass the
better result since it Is a number game like any

When you are doing what the majority are not doing you will get their full attention especially here where you have different tools if you use it wisely. I am not saying
This because I am involved here, Rather I say honestly love the tools we have, which I used
It already and see result with the short time I have been here.
It is good to shift the focus from them to I, then you will get and understand the right answer for your question.

First you have to know the source. Why they are not involving ?. Who was their sponsor
And that sponsor what he/she did for them ?. Did they get proper introduction and follow
Up checkups ?. Their profile will give us general basic Idea who they are, and why they are here.
But how far did we go to look their needs ?. You see this shift the focus to I instead of them. I am the one bringing them over here not them, In other word to explain it in a simple way, if I bring a baby how do I take care of that baby instead of that baby taking care of me ?.
That the problem we have when we have this kind of business. We expect them to do a lot for us without proper training.
Without helping them how or what to do. I had few sponsors which I never heard from them Once I join the business, Who don’t respond for my emails. That the indication of they don’t have any clue what they are doing or they are there just to collect money, or they don’t care.

Now ask yourself what kind of attention I am going to give it to them ?. How can I build my relationship and gaining their trust so they know I am here for them when they need me, How often I
Communicate with them and give them encouragement even if I don’t feel like it and they
Are not responsive. You have to do what their sponsor didn't do and beyond. And by the
Way you have to do all these for your Personally Sponsored Associates as well but sorry
For mixing that over here. They were neglected by most so you assure them you will reach out to them but most of all be truthful. Don’t promise the moon. Be realistic. Show them the reality to hold on.

There were no language Barrier there, if we are trained to
Duplicate why not in this area as well ?.

I wouldn't limit myself in anything and everything, I use all
The opportunity I get.

In this stain age there are a lot of ways to communicate with
including translation to any language.

Today People speak multiple languages, probably It might apply the

Me I will answer it from my own point of view then I will answer
It as well from the general out look.

Just being an SFI affiliate didn't change my life a bit. By what I mean
Is I can be an affiliate and sit on it without doing anything and will see
Definitely without a doubt no result. Guaranteed.

But for me having prior experience on online marketing, when I came over here
I saw the opportunity and I run with it.
Recognizing that we have so many marketing and team building opportunity , I
Took advantage of that to get good result.

Now as a general the first part of my answer is right, haven’t change millions of
Affiliates life because they are not working on it. They haven’t recognized how
Great company it is , because of that lack of knowledge they became in active,
