There is no way for you to know who will become a star or even an active affiliate.

My sponsor explained to me that the PSA and CSA we receive are a little better than cold leads. We have to work them all. He shared with me about a PSA that was dead on arrival and then 9 months later has become one of his stars.

How do you work them?

1. He is constantly sharing all of his successes. He also shares about his personal life struggles. You never know what will suddenly

All the activities are good and help you to learn about SFI and Tripleclicks.

But the reason we are all here is to make extra money. The way to retain your team is to help them to succeed. For each person the path maybe a little different. You need to engage your teams members and learn their strengths and weaknesses. Help them to improve where they need help and always encourage them.

All of the facts and statistics in the world is not going to cause people to become active.

Your passion for SFI, sharing your successes and commenting on the new friends you have made. Sharing about the successes of your team. This is contagious. When you become personal you can make a connection and make them believe they can succeed too. Knowing that you are there to help them and that your goal is to see them prosper.

This does not happen over night. Keep sending team mail

How do I convince new PSAs that purchasing a NMP (New Member Pack) is a smart business move?

When I have a new PSA who shows real interest in succeeding I do two things:

I offer to buy them a New Member Pack if they earn 1500 VP in less than 30 days. The 10 days allotted plus the 20 day extension. This provides motivation.

I share with them that everyone I know who has been successful in SFI has bought a Standing Order. This is much more strategic than buying a New Member Pack. This will help them qualify as an EA2 and maintain that status.

How do I encourage my affiliates to get and stay active without coming across as selfish or as a dictator?

When you are building a team you are building relationships. It is important to get to know your team members. The more you understand their personal situation the better you can help them.

Each person is different, for some playing games or bidding in actions will be their primary interest. For others they will be serious about wanting to build their own team. You can encourage them by helping them to overcome the difficulties of building a team.

In building a team you are building relationships. These should continue and not end.

If you have team members constantly asking for help. It is important that you do NOT do their work for them. You need to teach them how to do their own work. They will need to be able to teach their own team members.

One way to manage this is to have them successfully complete one task before you teach them the next task.

Realistically you will not have time to build and nurture a team in 1 hour a week.

I will assume you joined SFI - Tripleclicks to make money. If this is the case your best option is to promote products on Tripleclicks and at the same time recruit new members to shop on Tripleclicks, play games and bid in auctions. These are all activities that do not require a lot of time but can start earning you money.

I would recommend using a portion of your $ 50 budget to set up a Standing

How can you recommend a product with integrity without first trying it yourself?

A big part of marketing over the internet is establishing a trustworthy reputation. Because of all the scams on the internet people start with a position of distrust. We need to overcome this by being genuine and sharing our personal experiences, in this case about the products we buy and use.

This is why Amazon puts such a priority on getting user product reviews.

We are always looking for quality team members. Non-English speakers do not have as many opportunities as English speakers. I believe when this group responds to an ad they are already more motivated than native English speakers.

The SFI program is already setup to help this group to thrive. Many of the pages have already been translated by SFI.

This is also an opportunity for you to learn about other cultures. I am an American who has lived in Asia for the last 25 years. I
