How can I convince new affiliates of the importance of logging in at the Affiliate Center every day?

You must let your new affiliates know that no business grows on its own. If for example they were sales persons with their livelihood being dependent on that; would they generate any sales if they stayed home and not take the goods out to the consumer everyday? So it is the same with SFI. As an online marketing business they have to take some form of action everyday. They nee to know that every action earns VersaPoints which accumulates towards their monthly commission.
SFI is a growing business so there are new information every day. As a business operator they need to be in the know.
Logging in daily is not a mundane task. Set aside a specific time to complete all the tasks and to participate in the games. Remember every action is rewarded. They should bear in mind that what they do they can easily teach their team members when they become leaders.

The best tips for answering ASK SC are as follows:
This community asks Affiliates to read and rate a minimum of ten and a maximum of thirty answers to build up its Data base;hence one must read the question carefully to understand what is been asked. In the process of answering, double check the question to ensure the the question is been answered.
Do research if you are not certain of the facts.
Do not give irrelevant information.
Read over to ensure grammar, spelling and information are okay.
Be brief. Lengthy answers are bound to get NO response.

Should I promote participation in Pricebenders to my team? If so, for what reason(s)?

Yes you should promote participation in Pricebenders to your team.
Reasons:
1. It is a form of entertainment that SFI provides.
2. It is an auction that gives players a chance to bid and win very expensive and useful items at very minimal cost saving the bidder up to 97% of the real cost.
3. They earn valuable VersaPoints that goes towards growing their business.
4. They can earn a minimum of 5 Members Rewards points which could be accumulated towards purchasing more T credits to spend on bidding or to purchase items of their choice.
5. Each bidding goes towards 10% share of a PSA.
As a team member you earn commission on members purchase of T credits.
Pricebenders is a win win activity. Each bidder is not left empty handed. The team benefits from the activity of its members.

What is the best way to become a Team Leader?

There are many kinds of team leaders, but effective team leaders model the behavior they want their team members to adapt.
A team leader must know about the business he or she is a part of therefore he or she must take time out to educate self with all the information that is readily available at SFI.
A team leader must be enthusiastic so the members will be motivated.
A team leader must be positive so this attitude can inspire the members.
A team leader should be available to attend to the query of the members and provide guidance in a prompt manner.
A team leader should not be afraid to say,” I don’t know but I will do the research and get back to you.
A team leader will encourage members to do research to queries too and remind them that they too will become leaders, thus this is a good avenue for practice.
When a team leader is successful team members will want to be successful too.

Today's youth are tech savvy. They learn quickly and would be a great asset to SFI.
This is a great way for them to earn while they are learning. As they are learning they are gaining useful knowledge which they could transfer in their course of study. It will help them to become more independent, responsible and self confident.Just imagine a SFI affiliate conducting a marketing presentation and being able to harness some of those tips that he or she would have garnered from the training acquired through SFI.
If students 18 or older are serious then SFI is a great opportunity for them.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

When I first joined SFI it was the personal email from my sponsor that motivated me to remain with this program. I have had experience with other internet marketing programs, but the feeling was never personal. It was like talking to machines. Nothing seem real. New affiliates must know that SFI is real with real people.
I've been in SFI for one year now with no success. What should I do now?

One year in SFI with no success means that you have zero points and zero points mean that you were doing nothing. If this is not the case the case then count all your achievements as a sign of success. That is why SFI created all these badges to show all affiliates their growth.
What you need to do is make an evaluation. Look at your goals. Review all the training tools. Look at what you need to do now to move forward. What marketing strategies you can employ. Write down all you need to do. Take it step by step. Do your monthly evaluations. Be positive. Remember success in business does not happen in a year neither is it an overnight thing. (See Launchpad lesson 11)

Having completed the daily tasks promotion of your SFI business is very important too.
Each day I would do one or more of the following:
1. Clicking the TripleClicks red tab I would share the Deal of the Day or the WOW auction on Facebook or Twitter. This has led to a few signups at my TripleClicks store. 2. Send out E-Cards to family, friends and other prospects.
3. Visit the Marketing page and print flyers to distribute to prospects.
4. Update personal Blog or webpage
5. Posting new banners to Blogs or webpage.
6. Talk to friends, family members and other prospects about SFI.
7. Create Ads to post in the print media
8. Educate self by reading training materials, browsing through the various pages in SFI so you can be abreast and informed to communicate with others.

Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

This is a very interesting question. I guess that all affiliates would have welcomed this but as you can see SFI stands out from the rest in internet marketing. It is real, real people, real time. Imagine having a problem, sending in a ticket and in a matter of hours you get a real response. This would not be possible on autopilot.
There are however some aspects that are auto pilot. The auction is one. Some auctions will allow auto bidding. So if you don't have the time to sit through an auction then auto bidding would do for the auctions that allow it.
Another aspect that I would consider auto pilot is S-Builder. If you have no time to advertise or market SFI, then consider buying units in S-Builder. This global advertising coop will enable you to start receiving sign ups within a matter of weeks.
So while you are waiting to receive your sign ups you can focus on your daily tasks, buying from your store playing the Eager Zebra games and learning about SFI.
