My goodly member of this awesome company SFI,i have been looking at your question for a while now and i ask myself ,as i would assume you have downline members who are unmotivated presumingly so,but i would not consider them lazy, knowing not all the facts of them becoming unmotivated, after all you are the upline and should {a} ENCOURAGE{b}MOTIVATE {c}GUIDE and HELP them to become active rather than discourage them by the word lazy, for instance,if for some reason a member has issues or domestic problems

Interesting question indeed, sister, my advice to you is, remember SFI has set up everything done for you system ,it is to know how, and where you can apply, the question of communication with your Personally Sponsor Affiliates,is easy ,first go to your genealogy list, choose the PSA ,second on his or her profile look for native language, third type your message then apply google translate of said native tongue and send,at least thats how i did mine, just to make it easier for my downline, who may not

My comrade of SFI,in a business we should all take it seriously, after all it calls for INVESTMENT,and as such when we recruit prospects to become affiliates, they should be told at least some sacrifice or investment of time or money to grow your business would be involve, more emphasis should be given to the word [business]which requires some form of investment which is certainly not a joke but serious business, may you teach your downline the best way you can to understand this, and let them understand

With due respect to you my friend,as an SFI team leader, having a downline team,my advice or take on this view is to,do support and assist them in every possible way, certainly it would be good to know that they are active, even though the may not want to recruit or duplicate now, give them the time and space to educate themselves so as for them to feel more confident to do in the near future,it has also become so easy for them by way of SFI ,once they can afford PSA on-the go.do allow them the time

Hi,my friend in a business it takes time to mature and grow, the mire fact of saying no success puts you on a negative trend, really you should reevaluate how much time you spend in the business, have you been reading the training tools and if you do read the tools, then you did gain some success in the knowledge you received,so my friend you must be couragious and determined, change the marketing strategy you have been using, and try different ways,in my six months i may not have much sales and some duplications
