What are the best types of businesses to focus on to maximize ECA recruitment?

It is best to focus on small and medium-sized businesses. Most larger businesses have an online presence already.

There are many different types of businesses you can focus on. I generally look for local small businesses, establishments that I frequent. It is easier to convince a business owner to become an ECA when you are his customer. :)

I also look for people who sell their own hand-made,

I've used Skype and Facebook video chat to help affiliates with training.

I think it's a very beneficial method to help affiliates and to build business relationships with your team. It lets new affiliates know you are a *real* person making *real* money. It also lets them know you are there to help them.

I think it's important to nurture relationships with your team, and having face-to-face conversations is an effective way to let your team members know you care about their

Read, read, read. Communicate. Duplicate. Reward my team. And then turn around and do it again tomorrow.

I think the most important thing to do to grow as a leader is to read and learn as much as possible. There is a lot of information on this site. Then there's the IAHBE site, which is LOADED with information. If I'm looking for information on a specific subject, I look in the TC store to find cheap ebooks. Most of the time I buy them with a TCredit or MRP. There is so much information

"I live in Africa. How can I become successful in SFI?"

Hi, Aaron. I think the "how to be successful in SFI" thing has been done over and over again.

Ultimately, it's up to you. If you're willing to put the work into it and dedicate yourself to it, you will do it. The problem is that SFI does not pay off right away, and people get discouraged and quit. Don't quit. Keep your eye on the prize, because it WILL pay off if you continue to work it.

The best way to be paid your commission with depend on where you live.

In the United States, direct deposit is one of your best options, as it's free.

The two other best options are being paid via PayPal or getting paid on your own TripleClicks Payoneer card. PayPal is cheaper than the Payoneer card, but I think the advertising benefit of pulling out your TripleClicks Payoneer card make the small fee worth it. When people see you spending money that you've earned with this

What are the signs that a new affiliate is going to be a good one?

First, I think it's important not to judge new affiliates if they don't get started right away. Lots of people have started, disappeared for awhile, and come back with great results.

However, there are definitely signs that an affiliate is more interested in learning about the program.

Getting on the FastTrack and earning VP by reading and learning is a good sign. When they fill out their profile, you can gauge how interested they are by the score SFI gives them. When they add

I always send them an email telling them I'm ready to help them start earning money and offering my help.

I think the most important thing to convey to them is that #1 SFI will work, IF you will, and #2 I'll be there to help each step of the way. Then it's up to them.

I also tell them straight up that if they are willing to put the effort in, I will help them build their team. I offer them new affiliates of their own if they can hit the 30-Day VP Streak badge, if they earn

The number of people you know is irrelevant for this type of business. The majority of your prospects will be found online anyways.

It's funny, because that was my first thought when I saw the first method for sponsoring affiliates: "Tell your friends and family to sign up as SFI affiliates." I can pretty much guarantee my friends and family would not be interested.

Many CSAs don't receive ample support from their sponsors. This is one of the reasons SFI has created a system where each affiliate has a sponsor *and* a co-sponsor. Personally, I have heard from my co-sponsor more often than my sponsor, and have also been included in his incentive programs. I've only heard from my sponsor once, when I first joined.

I include my CSAs in all my weekly mailers, and email many of them individually as well. I do more individual communication with new
