It is known fact that affiliates joining SFI come from various countries worldwide. It is really difficult to build a team training affiliates having different cultures, ages, languages, intellectual levels and more.

The best topics you should focus on your newsletter are those related to building up a great team for tomorrow having the true spirit to teamwork. With these topics affiliates in your group would be able to duplicate and mentor their downline as well.

In my opinion, an affiliate should extend his understanding to his up-line sponsors who are non-responsive. Take into consideration various factors of individual differences (language, culture, age, interest and more...) and IT problems. No matter what happens, give them respect as they have respected you.

Joining SFI Affiliates is on ones free will and registration is free. Why bother yourself with non-responsive sponsors? The sponsor got nothing to do either with the affiliate's

There are some reasons why affiliates who never do anything despite your constant encouragement and offers of support. On my end, I try to understand indiviudal difference since affiliates come from 197 countries of different cultures, languages, ages level, gender and of other types that may exist. I do respect these differences and offer personal assistance through on line training for them to log in again. My mailers contain news what is new with SFI that probably would help them in a way,

We need to log in daily to do the routinary list of actions needed to earn VPs in order to build our SFI business in a small way. Doing this is not enough since we have to learn the complete internet business training for use to build our business network though advertising. Building a business network is not as easy as learning the complete internet business training since it takes time to find a network of hardworking individuals who really wants to earn.

We need to mentor each one

There is no employee-employer relationship between us and SFI since we are not employees but entrepreneurs in SFI. We do not receive salaries and required an eight hours working time with SFI.

As entrepreneurs, we need to learn the complete internet business training provided, build our business networks by recruit people through advertising using the marketing aids, tools and gateways. We need to share, mentor and build good human relationship with people we have recruited for us to

AVP (Action VersaPoints) can be earned for doing simple actions. You will not earn anything if you wont do simple actions.

Best ways to get AVP are:

The nature of business in SFI is networking. We need PSAs and CSAs to work with and make earning more easier. However, having plenty of PSAs and CSAs who are currently inactive should not be a hindrance to your business success since there are many ways to find new interested affiliates to work with. Furthermore, sponsoring is not the only program herein the system where you can engage yourself.

If you feel that you are not good in sponsoring affiliates, there are diversified business

The answer to your question would depend upon your personal life desire, goal and your choice.

However, I would answer your question based on my viewpoints.

Being an SFI affiliate is far more different from having a traditional business. The differences are:
