I am not a Trivia Games freak but I have studied and participated in the Gold Streak games. Even though I have never won, I believe the following useful tips can help someone to win.

1. To take part in the games, you are working against precise timing so you must have full concentration without any distractions.
2. Think out your answers very well before you venture them.
3. You are competing with your self so take it as fun along the way.

That way is to let all you do for them sound like and look like it is all “about them” and not “about you.” Remove yourself from the picture all the time and give your team members the satisfaction that you are genuinely helping them. That is the only potent way through which you can not sound “greedy” to them if you want to motivate them to spend some money in their business. Let them know that to maintain EA status monthly they need to spend a little money in Tripleclicks store. And that if they are able to do so, they stand to benefit in the following ways.

There are very many things you can do with TCredits in SFI. Since you did not reveal the number of TCredits in your monthly Standing Order, it is safe to assume a number of 125 TCredits for three strategic reasons.

1. The Standing Order of 125 TCredits earns you 1500 VP.
2. The 1500 VP makes you EA outright for the month.
3. You get an additional 100 VP for having the SO in place.

Apart from these three reasons, 125 TCredits is what I have in my own Standing Order and here is how I utilize them monthly. Buying TCredits in Standing Order usually gives me what I call “double whammy” benefits. Let me tell you why.

The first benefit is that I get 1500 VP with my SO of 125 TCredits. That automatically earns me EA for the month plus another 100 VP for having the SO in place. The second benefit is that I use the TCredits to buy other items at TripleClicks, use them in PriceBenders auctions and participate in Eager Zebra Games. Using the TCredits at auctions and games also earns me VersaPoints and Member Reward Points even if I do not win the auctions. I could also win some auctions too, who knows? I hardly know of any other strategy in SFI with such multiple benefits as buying TCredits in Standing Order.

I am of the view that it is not part of your business to advise your ECAs which products to sell and what prices they should charge. I hardly know how any outfit can be rightly called an ECA if they do not know what to sell and even the prices to charge for their products. I believe you may be stepping out of line if you make these assumptions. This is because it is possible that many ECAs may be very experienced e-commerce business outfits and many may even be more experienced in the business than you are. That you introduced them to SFI/TripleClicks does not necessarily mean that they can not find their ways around such business. ECAs (except you personally own them) are in no way answerable to you whether they succeed in the business or not. Granted that it is in your best interest to see them succeed, I have no doubt they too also want to succeed with or without your undue interference in their business.

What I think is important is for you to encourage your ECAs to study TripleClicks listing rules thoroughly and to comply fully with the rules. You can offer yourself as a stand-by advisor but that advice must first be solicited by the ECA. If not, please allow your ECAs the freedom to do their business as they see fit with minimal interference.
