The only way to get to the rank of EA 2 is to have at least 1500 VP so there are only two ways to get it . The fastest and easiest is with a Standing Order which is the 125 TCredit pack the other is by selling products especially TCredit Packs. So I will not beat around the bush with you, the answer is that there is no methods outside of SFI for maintaining an EA 2 rank but outside of SFI there are lots of ways to advertise to get sales and there are lots of Websites for affiliates to make money in order to invest on SFI.

The answer to your question is to sponsor affiliates from both your country and other countries of the world, SBuilder and ECA's on TripleClicks sponsor affiliates from a variety of countries some of them speak my language and some don't but SFI provides the Google translator to allow each and every affiliate to read and communicate in their own language.

To Sponsor affiliates I suggest setting SBuilder to your Standing Order to get international affiliates and then you grow your team by advertising offline to people from your country by giving out flyers or XCards. I suggest you read Day 5 of your Launchpad lesson to answer your question and to understand the benefits of a global online business vs. a business in your own country only.

SFI is designed to sell products to affiliates in over 200 countries because a store will make much better money than just selling to one country alone. I also read in the Launchpad lesson that some countries that have a high population and having trillions of internet users can make lots of money for you because the affiliates you sponsor will sponsor affiliates from their country allowing you to have a team of affiliates earning you VP and Direct Commissions.

China and India are the perfect examples because they have the highest population on earth and their billion dollar industries , so can you imagine getting affiliates from these countries?

The reason why SFI is so successful is the fact that they are global, they recruit affiliates worldwide so this is the perfect example for you to follow. So follow the leader!

Advertising!!!! This is the life line to a thriving business. I mean creating leads to sponsor affiliates and then if you have a team of affiliates you should build and advertising coop so that your team can share into and generate more leads because this is what will provide your income.

Websites/Blogs: These things are not only used for advertising but you can create these things to educate you affiliates both PSA and CSA. You can also create educational videos on Youtube and then embed them in your website or blog.

Communication: Stay in touch with both your upline and downline. This is important because you let your upline know how you are doing and if you have questions or need assistance with anything then they are there to help. Your downline needs to be in touch with you because you need to assist them when they are lost or overwhelmed when navigating the affiliate center and don't know their way around.
you can do this is the Chat provided here on SFI or email, but you can also connect with them if they have skype or on Facebook.

Tripleclicks Store: Visit this store everyday because new products are added so you can look for products to buy for yourself or someone else and also you can see which products to promote so that you can sell. You also should play the games provided by Eager Zebra and Auctions because these things can earn you versapoints, and member reward points.

Traffic Exchanges: These places are for advertising SFI but they are also very useful because you can make money from these as well in some of them you can get paid for surfing, or you can even make money because if your downline signs up you will earn more credits and even more cash.

SFI is a global Internet business opportunity so the answer to your question is yes. The ones you should realm sponsor and especially have in your team are affiliates who speak your same language and live in the same area as you. This allows you to have meetings in person so that you can train your downline. Those who live in a different city or town then you can do this kind of training with a blog/website.

In general google provides a translator for non English speakers to read and to communicate with their upline.so what I am saying is that it is wonderful to sponsor affiliates who speak different languages because the google translator makes it possible for you to duplicate (provide training) via chat, email, newsletters etc.... So language is not a barrier to success.

As a sponsor your job is to provide assistance on how to build a successful business on SFI but you cannot provide a computer or internet access that affiliates do not have. Your affiliates have a few options when it comes to internet access for example here in the united states there are computers with internet access but the time limit is 45 minutes which only allows collecting daily versapoints but not much time for anything else. Cyber cafes I do not recommend because they cost allot of money but in my neighborhood there used to be a computer lab that allowed people a couple of hours of internet access from Monday through Friday but they already went out of business. The next option is to purchase a very affordable cellphone for maybe $70 bucks and $40.00 a month in internet service so they can log into SFI everyday and participate.

If you really want to know how you can help your downline then you can do allot of google searching for public places people can go to for low cost internet access for a few hours at a time. Also you can help them by providing them TCredits so that they can bid at the auctions to see if they can win a cellphone???? If one of your affiliates is a college student then their school should have a computer lab to access the internet.

So in my opinion the best solution is a cellphone with internet access. I know because that is what I did. I lost my internet service because I fell behind on payments so I saved up a little money and got me a low cost smartphone and I pay only $40.00 per month for my internet and phone service.

You must understand the job or role of a Sponsor, simply put your sponsor is your teacher. So the job of being a Sponsor is to help you get started on SFI by giving you the SFI basics article but on your part you have to take your time to read and take notes and review until you understand well. So what am I saying? Is that your sponsor can only provide assistance but they cannot do the work for you. So as an example your sponsor shows you how to complete the getting started actions to help you get the first 500 points to achieve fast track but you cannot expect your sponsor to set up the standing order and pay it for you.

So you ask how much you should rely on your sponsor to succeed on SFI the answer should be about 50% and the other 50% should be on yourself.

You should rely on your sponsor up to a certain point as a source of information but the main source of info is all over the affiliate center so you should also use that to teach yourself so don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Did you read the SFI news? I mean did you see the article called "Tap into Your Upline" This means that you don't just get information from your sponsor you should also get in touch with your co sponsor and other members of your upline team because they may have something of value to offer for example they may add you to their advertising coop or they may be holding a contest and you could win something like TCredits, PSA etc...

So remember you rely on your sponsor to teach you and help you get adequate training but do not rely only on your Sponsor you should also tap into your upline team and guess what? SFI corporate can also help you through online support, Telephone or even live chat, but you should also go to the forum to look for well informed affiliates so you can choose 10 of them as A2a friends and you can also follow some of them.

On SFI the Income Stream that will make you the most money is Sponsoring affiliates.

On Tripleclicks you accumulate Sales VP when you sell products to your personally referred members and you also get direct commissions. For example you sell products to 5 TC members that you refer and get 8000 sales VP and a $100.00 direct commission ok that is good money!

On SFI you sponsor about 10 affiliates who sell products on Tripleclicks and accumulate a total of 30,000 Sales VP and $1000.00 in direct commissions. Do you see the point here? Now that you read this example which one do you think makes more money?

One is not better than the other but they both work together to ensure a steady flow of income.

It is important to spend a good amount of time sponsoring affiliates but not all the time. Sponsoring is only the first step, the next step is to separate the wheat from the chaff or to go through a deck of cards to find the 4 aces. Sponsoring affiliates will lots of inactive affiliates or tire kickers who want to make money without doing any work so those will usually quit and a year later get purged out of the system but in the meantime you have to spend time looking at your genealogy and Movers tab to locate the affiliates who really are serious about building their own business and then you will succeed when you spend time working with them, and teaching them all the things you did to succeed. The next step to sponsoring is Duplication or as Gery says " Cloning yourself" So in summary it is not about Sponsoring thousands of affiliates that will make you money but sponsoring only 5 or 10 hard working affiliates that will make a very decent income.

I sponsor new affiliates every month so I learned that they are all attracted to one thing. Can you guess what it is? Let me give you a hint: It is a green rectangular piece of paper with a picture of Benjamin Franklin and the number 100. So do you give up? The answer is money.

I have learned that all affiliates sign up because they want to make money. So I think that the new Wave 3 program will really tickle their fancy. So To answer the question I think that you must show them that in order to make money they have to sell products on TripleClicks and then you show them how to use the Wave3 Program in order to recruit friends and family as TC Members.

PriceBenders is another mouth watering attraction to new affiliates because they will be attracted to the idea of $300 or more a month selling TCredits. Please read the PriceBender article in the Tips Tab under the Did you know section to learn more.

Tell them that you are an entrepreneur and the beauty of the SFI business is that you do not need experience. You are not an employee instead you are your own boss. If they ask you what kind of business you are doing tell them about Tripleclicks and show your prospects some of the many products that are being sold here so as you are doing this your prospects will see that your role as an SFI affiliate is to promote the business that you own and are building. So I think the best way to introduce prospects to SFI is by showing them how you make money selling products on Tripleclicks and then by introducing them to the affiliate program in order for them to know how to make money just like you are doing.
