To me, the most important message that you can convey to your team is that you care about them and that you are willing to offer support and encouragement. I am thankful for my sponsor and the help that he is always willing to give and through his example, I have learned to succeed.
We all go through periods of discouragement but knowing that there is someone who has stuck it out and is successful helps you to say, " If he can do it, I can too! "

Thank you for this question. I learned from my sponsor that you should send ecards to congratulate your affiliates when they win the Daily Grand or the Daily Crown and when they have achieved a goal. Send an encouraging message and never be stingy with your words of praise. My sponsor's encouraging words helped me when I thought about giving up.
If you can afford it, a gift certificate is a very nice reward for a job well done. You can also give up to 10 tcredits to an affiliate as

I think that the best USP for the new PrivacyMaxx product is the fact that the threat of identity theft is a very real problem. My sister experienced it so I saw first hand the hassle it is when your identity is stolen. It took her months to get everything straightened out and she was lucky because her bank notified her on the first day because of the unusually high purchases. There is never a good time to be a victim of identity theft but it was even more stressful for her because our mother

In my opinion, the best way to motivate them is to lead by example. Show them by your actions what can be achieved as an affiliate of SFI. Offer encouragement and support and be patient when they make mistakes.
It might not be that they are lazy but just overwhelmed. Explain to them that when they are learning to use the material and tools that SFI provides, it is better to take the time to understand what they are reading and that if they have questions, help will be provided.

I am not sure that I fully understand your question. At first I thought that the question was related to advertising and today with all the options of watching television without the hassle of watching the adds, I wondered if television advertising was a wise investment if you have a limited budget. Then I read the question again and I saw the word promote and realized that there are ways to promote things on television without paying for advertising!
1. Talk shows. There are usually

Thank you for your question. I think that you would attract people with money to invest into a business the same way you would attract people with little money to invest but with a desire to start their own business and have a stable income.
You start by giving them the facts about SFI and what a great opportunity it is.
1. It has been in business for 17 years. With the way that the economy has fluctuated over the last 17 years, it is impressive that not only have they stayed

What exactly do you do other than the daily To Do List to really succeed in SFI?

The daily To Do List is an important first step, it is only a first step. I don't think you will reach the level of success that you want achieve by only doing your To Do List.
For me to reach the goals that I want to achieve, I have to build my team and then teach my team duplication. There are a variety of ways to build a team. I can recruit using a face-to-face method. Because SFI is built on a solid foundation and has been in business for 17 years, I can be confident in recommending

I am very blessed because my sponsor is Awesome but I realize that not all sponsors are as supportive and helpful as mine. Because I have learned from his example, I try to follow in his footsteps.
The best way to get noticed is to show up on his/her mover's list! It shows that you are interested in SFI and want to be a success. If you still haven't heard from them, send them an e-mail with your contact information and ask for their help. If you don't get a reply, contact your co-sponsor.

How long should I pursue inactive PSAs/CSAs with emails, e-cards, etc. before giving up on them?

You should never give up on your inactive team members! Include them in your team email. If your team member was active but then dropped off, there may be a good reason. Don't judge or put pressure on them, but do let them know that you miss them and ask if they need help. You can send them an ecard or an email.
I agree that you should work with your workers but you never know when an inactive team member may turn into the best worker you have with the right encouragement.

Is it worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience?

Yes, definitely! Don't limit yourself by boxing yourself into a corner with preconceived ideals. These are limitations that can be overcome by being willing to learn and by having a sponsor who is willing to work with them. If you take the time to help them, you might be rewarded with the best workers that you've ever had. I speak English but I had to learn computer skills and I am thankful that my sponsor took the time to encourage me!
