With such a limited amount of time and money, you must be very careful about how you use them both. It takes me about a half hour to do my daily actions, which includes reading the Ask SC answers, but not play any games or participate in auctions. This leaves a half hour in which you can advertise, play games, participate in auctions, write in your blog or Facebook page and write to your team.

I suggest changing the way you spend that second half hour each day, so as to give you opportunity

How would you convince an affiliate who has abandoned SFI to restart again?

This is a good question, and one that I've been wondering about myself.
I think the strategy would be different depending on your relationship with the person and how much they had been involved in SFI before they quit.

If the person is someone you know whom you personally led to SFI, you could talk to them over the phone, or arrange a meeting to talk over their problems with them. Remind them

What can we do to help TripleClicks compete with our larger competitors this holiday season?

To help TripleClicks compete with our larger competitors you could wear TC branded T-shirts or caps and be willing to talk about TC to anyone who asks about your gear. Have leaflets ready to give with your TripleClicks gateway on it.

You could also give gift certificates to friends and family so they can browse and choose something for themselves.

A couple of days ago I gave my link to the jewellery dept to a family member with a birthday coming up. I asked her to choose

We are all told to be awesome sponsors and co-sponsors, and I do my best to be that. I have a five star rating from my team, so they seem to think I am doing a good job. However, the question is how important is it to have a good sponsor and co-sponsor?

It is an advantage to have a good sponsor and have someone to go to for advice, and someone who will go in to bat for you when you can't get results from an ECA or something like that. (I had to do this for one of my team)

How to reapproach both my warm and cold markets about SFI--when I've already approached them previously with another opportunity before joining SFI?

This is tricky if you've been in multiple business ventures, especially if they haven't proven successful. You will already have gotten yourself a reputation and the response is likely to be, "Oh no, not another scam. You're always getting scammed."
Or words to those effects. I am in this position myself, having tried Amway, Mannatech, Nuways and a whole host of other things.

I have been very cautious about SFI because I know what their response is likely to be. I

The best free ways of promoting SFI and TripleClicks are through list builders and traffic exchanges.

You write a good advertisement in the form of a sales letter and can post this on lots of list builders for free. You can write different letters for each gateway and send the readers to which of your gateways you choose. The catch is although you can post thousands for free every few days, they are only free in money terms. They cost you time in viewing other people's email sales letters

My advice regarding the welcome message is make it fairly brief and friendly. Offer to help the affiliate get started, mention the Fast Track bonus, and give the affiliate some means to contact you. Sound enthusiastic about SFI and make them feel they are now part of our 'family.'

Here is my welcome message:

"Dear xxxxx,

I contact my downline every week via the genealogy mailer as recommended.
I also send an individual message via email or team mail to people in my Movers page, if they haven't been there for a while, just to encourage them or congratulate them.
If I see the yellow bubble next to someone's name when I'm on, I drop a short 'hullo'.
If someone who was previously active drops out of my Movers page, I send that person an individual email asking if everything is okay and do they need help.

What are the best pitches to use when speaking to people face to face about SFI, TripleClicks, Pricebenders, or the ECA program?

When pitching to people face to face about SFI, TripleClicks, or Pricebenders it first depends on how well you know the person or whether they are a total stranger you've just met. You will need to spend some time building a relationship with a total stranger before making a sales pitch. Also be interested in the person you're talking to. Find out where they're at and what their needs are before you go launching into a sales pitch. Then you will be better equipped to match what your presentation

How would you convince an affiliate giving up on SFI to continue in the business?

I have thought of quitting in SFI because I am spending a lot of time and money and not making the money back each month to cover my standing order and my advertising. I feel discouraged because I haven't won in the Daily Grand and many of my a2a friends win several times in a month. I don't have a sponsor or co-sponsor who even know I exist, so they are no help at all.

So why haven't I quit yet?

Several reasons:
1. I believe in the potential of the business to make money,
