Hello Baxter,

Thank you for your good question as you are speaking for many.

The main reason why you should give Tcreidts to your PSAs or CSAs, is as an incentive, or appreciation of their hard work. In addition you can motivate your affiliates towards EA, EA2 or BTL through contests where Tcredits are the prize. If you give for any other reasons, I am not sure how it will benefit you. When your hard working affiliates receive the Tcredits, it will help them to participate in

Why is it good to participate in the new Eager Zebra game(s)?

To clear my curiosity, I took part in the first of Eager Zebra Games. I think it is always fun to play. Take the first one, which involves guessing the total score of the final of American college basketball. Unless you have watched American basketball or seen the scores in the papers, your answer would surely be closer to a guess than a prediction.
For me this game has stirred my interest in basketball, as I do not follow it as much as I would follow football.

How can I find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active?

Dear Rogelio,

You have asked a very good question, as I have struggled with it myself and I am sure others have as well.
The truth is if they are interested they will perform. They will log in every day, read their training material, carry out their daily tasks and possibly ask you when they have questions. When they join, you can have a look at their ledger to see whether this is the case. From my personal observation, most of those who remain inactive do so from the start. Some

Hello Steve,
My answer to your question may seem odd but it is honest! Whatever you do, just do your best. Doing your best will help you examine both your strength and weakness which in turn will help you to improve your business. SFI has provided all the resources required for success and it is only up to us to implement them and of course this may not always be easy, because it requires input. Without input there is no output and the greater the input, the higher the output. When you want

You can become a leader at SFI, even if you are not a born leader. It is true that some people are naturally gifted with leadership skills, just like others are gifted with other abilities. However, there is nothing to stop you from becoming a leader at SFI, if you commit yourself to reading and learning all the available training resources. As the word itself says a leader is someone who leads. Now, when you are leading people, it does not necessarily mean that you know everything but you have to

Hello Emmanuel,

Thank you for your question.
I totally agree with you that there are many people who sign up but only a few are really committed. When one gets a long list of new PSAs or CSAs, I think it is difficult to separate quantity from quality on the first day until you have seen how they perform in the first week. On the 6th of January 2014, when I was answering your question, the growth page at SFI showed that the total number of members was 2,044,968. Mind boggling indeed

I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

When one looks for a mentor, they are essentially searching for a wise or trusted adviser who will guide them with their project or business in order to achieve their goals. At the point entry to SFI, our immediate contact is with the sponsor and co sponsor. Within a month or two one should be able to tell whether these people are giving you the support that you need.
If you find that your sponsor and co sponsor are lacking, you can always look up to your upline. In some teams there are upline

Hello Kalil,

I think there are two issues that you are dealing with:

(i) Ensuring that you are giving the best support you can manage to your team
(ii) Being assured that they are duplicating your advise

According to SFI rules of success when you have become an Executive Affiliate yourself and maintain it by setting up a standing order of at least 1500 versa points, you can then focus on building a strong team through advertising and sponsoring. You can also

In my advertising campaigns, is it better to provide more or less information in my ads and why?

Whatever your audience, I think it is important that when you write your advert it is an “effective” advert. People are usually put off by long stories, therefore your advert should be:
Structured and
Focussed
Bearing in mind that you are writing to your prospects and not just about yourself.
In your campaign, you should have a good idea of who your audience is and where you are advertising. Is it social media, blog, newspaper, etc.,

How do you handle being rejected over and over again when presenting the SFI opportunity to others?

Hello David,

When you are rejected during advertising, it offers us two opportunities: firstly, it is an opportunity to re-examine your own methods and secondly, it is a chance to move on to something better. A prophet is only a carrier of the message; he is not the message himself. So when you are rejected, do not take it personal. So let us look at these two opportunities:

1 Method of approach: In a lecture, sometimes students can be put off by the way the lecturer
