Hello. It doesn't matter if the citizen is a senior or not. The strategy is to share the opportunity with clear and simple words after discussing the life with the people and what they want to do. Seniors often have hobbies and built a family and warm market so far. It's natural for them to wish to support as much as they can their children and grandchildren. This is a good hint - about additional income when doing their own hobby just to share few words about SFI.

Hello, interesting point of view. Well, I keep it simple and clear - Business is a business, because you have to invest in it. If you don't have time to invest and earn later, you will invest money and the results probably will come sooner. I have already told my team that the business require investment, but of course you should give at least two options - free and paid and explain well what to do in the two ways of making business. Important thing is to give yourself as example - what you buy and

There are not "pitches" at all. When I speak to people face to face about SFI, I tell them the truth - it's not a quick get rich scheme, it's free to register, but like every business it needs Investment - money or time. I share my own experience and if there are some questions regarding investments I explain. If I think about "key words" I will use "free", "global", "team", "sales", "development", "work","discipline",

Hello, interesting question. In my opinion the yardsticks are:

1. Regular Communication - Sending inspiring, encouraging or sharing experience team mails
2. Support - if you ask question, the sponsor should give the most proper answer or suggestion
3 Recognition - if you become EA2, sponsor should recognize you and if there is you're new affiliate, to welcome you
4. Regular posts on Leader page - this shows presence
5. Treat you equally and with respect - you're special

Hello, it's good to ask this question. When the team members are active it's good way for me to reassign to them more active people of my own downline. This way they will learn to be better leaders then their are. The answer here is also to lead by example and to explain what you do about building your own downline. Personally I share everything I do to my team. This is the best working way.

Hello!

I like your question - is concrete and meaningful. Well, you have a good budget to invest. There is what you can do:
1. Make a SO for 125 T-credits /$36.25/ and that will make you EA
2. The remaining $13.75 you can invest in buying PSA or T-credits - it depends if you like to bid or not.
3.The one hour you have you can invest in doing your "To-do-list" and communicating with your team members if they have questions or in reading the forum and SFI informative

Good question. When I have new affiliates I tell them the truth and that on their second month they will begin a new on zero. If the affiliates understand that it's OK, but if they want to see the big money /in best way around $1 on first month/ they go out of the program. I prepare my team and also myself for every month like this: Becoming EA2 with IAHBE, referring new PSA/CSA in free or paid way, joining in auctions for CSA and looking for find a way to sell or re-sell on Tripleclicks to earn

Hello. It's rare to find people to invest money in the business online, but still it happens. Well, what to do? Lead by example. I also invest more money then time into the business. I share what I buy to the people who want to invest money and they buy the same things as me. Key factor is also time management. Money should be invested smart for a short time. So, I will give the people who want to invest money my own schedule and ideat to support them into making their own if they wish to invest

Hello!

I believe it's your responsibility to be always on your team members' sides. I don't see my affiliates as dependents who need help. They want support and answers. The most important period to be by their sides and explain is the first month of joining. Of course if they have questions for you. Second and third month are also important to give as much information as you can. You can do it on chat with everyone or in weekly team mails as I do. So, the simple answer of your questions

Good question. I think everyday is too much to contact the team members, because they are first of all people, who want to spend time to relax, with family and friends. I respect people's time, because it's precious. I think one to three times per week is a great period. Well, it depends from people in the team. I contact my team members twice - I send them team mail and a newsletter. If they want to discuss something, they give me a call in Skype or send me a e-mail. People should be interested
