It would depend on which customer you are targeting.

For example, say you are selling instant food like noodles or cooking paste and stuff like that. If you're selling locally, sure, you will get customers. But imagine if you could perhaps target your countrymen who are out there in other countries missing local food.

That's just one idea.

If you are selling small sized items, you could start selling internationally from the start. Because small packets are usually

If I had $500, here is what I would do.

3) Buy SBuilder shares on SO ($24)
4) Buy 50 pack TripleClicks X-cards ($4.13)
5) Buy 50 pack SFI X-cards ($4.13)

What do I say to an affiliate who complains he's not getting as much out of SFI as he's putting into it?

Find out what he has been doing. Is it true that he has given enough? Perhaps he has only put in money and automatically expects money to come back out?

With SFI you need to develop your team. Has he done that? Has he been teaching his team the different ways of advertising, especially the free advertising because SFI affiliates comes from different backgrounds and not all will have money to invest.

Does he understand the fact that SFI need sales to ensure the TripleClicks

Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?

There is no such thing as helping your affiliate too much, unless what you really mean is helping them financially.

If it is information they seek, then by all means teach them as much as they can soak up. But the implementation of the lessons they learned obviously they will have to do themselves. You can help do their marketing (through a co-op for example), but only as a reward for something. Be sure not to give out something for free else they become dependent on you.

The question is RESIDUAL income. That means the income keeps coming in even when you stop working it (for whatever reason). Here's a few that come to mind:

1) The ECA programme.
The thing about this programme is that you get 10% of CV each time the ECA sells something. 10% is not much, you say. But if it's for EACH sale, that's actually amazing. It's like being a silent partner in the business where you don't have to do anything, just sit back and watch the money come in.So to ensure

I'm an EA2. What should my next objective be and how should I fulfill it?

Congratulations on reaching EA2. Your next objective should be to build your team.

Because by building your team and teaching your team to do the same things you did, you will automatically start collecting enough VPs to reach BTL and higher.

Hence, familiarise yourself with the different marketing and advertising aspects. Because you will need to teach these to your team too. Since your team will be made of of those who really do not have any money, those with some money to

I honestly don't think there is a best way.

When I first started, I just picked a number at random. I've won a few times using this strategy.

Then I decided to try and be a bit more scientific about it. I looked at the historical data, looked at the time of the auction and chose either exactly the same value or just around similar values. I've also won using this strategy.

Then I got bored and decided to have fun again. So this time I looked at the historical data,

What's the biggest turn-off that I should avoid talking about to prospects for SFI?

That would depend upon your prospects. You would need to gauge what your prospect is really interested in.

For example, if your prospect is looking for an online shopping alternative, then you should concentrate on that without pushing SFI or ECA too much as it might push them away altogether.

If your prospect is really interested in selling their stuff online, then sell the ECA programme without pushing them to participate in the affiliate programme.

You see, slow

Tell them what you do, and the motive behind what you do.

Most people when they hear "You should do this" and "You should do that" will always think "yeah, but what do I get out of it?" And when you start explaining the benefit, they are already listening with scepticism in their mind.

Therefore, instead of approaching it that way, try to just let you team know what you do.

Example: I have been trying to find out how to increase traffic

I can share with you my experience. I have PSAs and CSAs but they seem to only be active in the first 2 months and then disappear. So I have done my own study and concluded that it may be due to the fact that they are discouraged when they couldn't get signups from their own advertising. They understand that working alone on an affiliate type business doesn't really work.

Therefore, I have offered to help them with their advertising. I set up a team co-op and offered it free to my team.
