A true answer to your question would take an E-Book to explain all of the variables at your disposal to use.

My short answer is:

1. If you are new to Internet Marketing, and are unfamiliar with advertising on the Internet, I would recommend opening your Co-op and purchase S-Builders to supply the leads for your affiliates. You may include yourself in this same Co-op.
It is easily set up for you and SFI does all the work.
Just go to Co-op Manager under your Power Tools link.

2. If you are more experienced, my suggestion is to find a solid source of new sign ups prior to opening a separate Co-op. Once it is proven, then start your Co-op.

You may find in #2, that you will have to continue your search for alternative sign up resources. Often, good sources dry up after awhile.

You can use PPA or PPC programs, traffic exchanges, safelists, classified ads, your own webpage or blog.

I know this is brief. Detail information is provided by SFI in the Training Lesson and using a search engine works well.

Discuss with your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor, they may have some direct resources to share with you.

If you have personal items you no longer use or need, sell them.
Generate some cash to promote your SFI business.
Creating these listing will help build your name (branding) through your TConnect page.
Should you decide to expand, you can open your own ECA store and sell others products.

Tips for listing:
1. Keep you pricing competitive
Research your products pricing in the market.
2. Have an excellent pic of your product
Your first picture choice should be your best (you have 3).
3. Be sure you description box is concise and complete with all necessary details.
This is where you have the opportunity to sell the product.
4. If you can ship free it helps promote the sale.
Including the shipping in the price and remaining competitive is a plus here.

You are new to SFI and with respect I submit the following:
I strongly suggest you take the first week or two to become familiar
with the website, the program, training and marketing materials offered.
Depending on your level of marketing experience, it is important in my
opinion to be as knowledgeable as possible, prior to building your
downline and promoting the TC Store and it's products/merchants.

The next important step is to decide how to establish your Executive
Affiliate Status on a monthly basis. (1500 VP monthly is required)
Your options may include regular monthly purchases in the TC Store
to increase your VersaPoints.

This could include a Standing Order for one or more products or
a variety of products based on your needs.
There are many options available with explanations, just
enter a search in the tab at top of your SFI Alerts page.

Your next important decision is where to begin your advertising
and marketing.
I suggest getting your feet wet with Social Sites and Free Classified
Advertising.
Then, move up to Paid Advertising, Blogging, a Website, Writing
Articles for publishing and your blog.
All the tools and information to get you started are available in
the SFI Training Section of your SFI Home Page.

I small tip; Take each new project on one at a time to finish.
Then move on to the next. It is to easy to drive yourself in
too many directions, leaving you going no where.

Your budget is nice to start with, take your time and do not be in

This is a frequently asked question by many new affiliates.

It is not a secret, to be a success in internet marketing requires promotion.
Advertising is an absolute necessity. There is no escaping the obvious.
And there are lots of place where you can advertise for free.
In the last 10 years or so, the focus of advertising on the Internet has
grown substantially.
It is imperative to learn how to use this venue.

From classifieds, social sites, videos, newsletters to websites,
all are important to master and utilize for your success.
If you can learn how to search the net, shop, write an Email or just read,
you can learn how to advertise.

You have already taken the first step to increase you knowledge

First banners came out in 1994.
They are a very successful marketing tool.

Classified Advertising

You will find an unlimited amount of Free Classified Ads lists to get you started.
Just do an Internet search in your browser and find your own.
Search for Free Classified Ads, Paid Classified Ads, Pay Per Click,
Traffic Exchanges, Safelists, etc.

Article Writing:

An article usually contains 300 to 600 words. Write and published them
in your blog, an E-zine, Forums, Social Sites, or an Email campaign.
In the context of your article you will leave at least one link to your
desired gateway. Never post more than three in an article.
Tip: links are best left attached to a word or small phrase.
URLs can stand out like a sore thumb.
Even shortened URLs are losing their appeal.

All of the above are free. Use them all to find affiliate prospects,
sell your TC Store and Sell others products or TC stores you like.

An experience marketer would entertain or already have a Website, for newbies I strongly recommend:

Keep it simple. Open a blog.
They are much easier to work with and less time consuming. Latest opinions are they attract more visitors,
if you maintain an active blog.
This means you will write frequent articles and messages in your blog attracting an audience of readers.

There are a number of free blog sites available, I use WordPress. For all, do a search on the net.
They are all a little different, some are less complicated, all come with instructions.

A blog has the bells and whistles for you to enter articles, banners, post pics, almost anything you
would like. Use all the materials provided by SFI to draw from.

You will need to pic out a Domain Name. Choose a name that will coincide with your Marketing strategy.
Brush up on Keywords, read the Training lessons provided by SFI. You should have done most by now.
This would be a good time to review.

You can use your blog as a lead page for your advertising with all sorts of links to SFI and Tripleclicks.
Use it in addition to your other advertising.
You will only enhance your marketing program.

My best advice to maintain communication.

Listen to your affiliates and answer their questions, respond to their comments and try to anticipate problems. Continue to guide them.
Remind them of all the ways to earn in SFI and how building VP earns income.

I am sure it has been stated before, there is not much you can do to stop someone from quitting.
If you have maintained active communication, additional incentive programs, been proactive in helping them, there is not much more you can do.

Move on to the affiliates who are active, who appreciate the advantages of the SFI program.
Continue to recruit more prospects to build then into active affiliates.
This is a numbers game. Continue to reach out for new sign ups to find those who are truly interested and want to be in the Internet Marketing business.

You should concentrate on building your business, supporting your active affiliates.
I do recommend, sending out, at least a monthly message to those who are not active and no longer active, reminding them of the advantages of SFI in the Internet Marketing world.
You may be surprise by a few comebacks. I have.

It is disappointing to lose affiliates. Take it in, as lesson, and use to build upon your experience.

Steam messages are a terrific tool for daily contact with all your
PSAs, CSAs and A2A Friends.
I especially like Stream as a quick access tool to share important
information with my Team and A2A Friends.

Some of the many uses are:

1. Sharing tips in advertising, marketing, in SFI and the TC Store

2. Recognition,Complementing or Congratulating a Team Member

3. Making special note of a Forum stream which may be of use to all

4. Alerting to an event or News stream

5. Passing on special informational messages to help your Team

6. Motivation and Inspiration

You are rewarded with one Action VP for the first 3 Stream messages
per week.
I recommend at least 3 message per week, sometime more, as needed
by your good judgement.

Stream, also, carries special messages from Gery at SFI Corporate,
your Upline Team Leaders, A2A Friends and ECAs you are connected to.

Maintaining good communication, information and motivation is of primary
importance in Building your Business.
