How do you explain the importance of MRP (Member Reward Points) to your PSAs?

MRPs are a bonus points system provided by TripleClicks.
Member Reward Points are simply a reward system for you and your PSAs activity
in the TripleClicks Store and Pricebender Auctions.
You receive them for buying or bidding in the TC Store.
They are also given out in contests and to Wave 3 members.
All products in the TripleClicks Store have an MRP value and can be purchased by redeeming accumulated MRP.

Talking to strangers is never an easy task.
Talking to people you know is easier for casual conversation.
If you do not know your product, even talking to a friend can
be difficult.

My advice is simple, know your product, study and learn it.
Then, treat every one you talk to about it...as a friend.
You do not pretend they are your best friend...just a friend.

Keep eye contact to make sure you have their attention.
If it waivers away, slow down.

Good question. I think many who are new to Internet Marketing will benefit from it.

The primary and most obvious people to look to for mentoring should be your
Sponsor and your Co-Sponsor.
In many cases, either one or both can be, either non responsive or relatively inactive.
This could be for any number of reasons.

My greatest challenge in SFI was learning the SFI program and duplication.

Taking the time to study the program and all the information and materials provided,
is very time consuming.
It took a lot of time and determination to get through it.
Young or old, the patience to study is never easy.
I overcame the study burden by allocating a certain amount of time each day
committed to study.

I use a direct approach.

My first question to them is are you willing to work.
If the answer is yes then I advise the following.

1. Advise them to find products to sell as an ECA.
2. Ask them what their budget is and follow with appropriate advise in
how to proceed.
3. If there is no budget, discuss free advertising and marketing methods.

The best way to convince your PSAs to set up a Standing Order is:

-Show by example with your own Standing Order
-Provide a list of ideas in which products to choose and why
-Discuss commitment and goals with your PSAs
-Practice and teach Duplication to assist your PSAs
-Mentor your PSAs in all aspects of SFI and TripleCicks
-Provide incentives with additional contests and progress rewards
over and above the SFI/TripleClicks contests and rewards

Continue to build your business and teach your downline to do the same.
The key to this business is advertising and marketing. You must make every effort, every day, to learn both.
SFI provides great Marketing and Advertising Resources for you to use.
They also, give training and directions on where to get started.
You must go the extra mile to learn it all and then proceed to learn more.
SFI give you the basics, plus.

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

An affiliate who gives you a poor rating may or may not reflect your efforts.
There could be any number of reasons for a poor rating.
If possible, communicate with your affiliate to ask for their reasons.
If this is not possible try Stream or Team Messages to inquire from
your downline for suggestions on the kind of assistance they
would like to see.
If you are a consistent contributor to your downline's success, the problem
may be with your affiliate and not you.

Hi Teresa,

You have to enjoy what you are doing. If you love learning and like to work,
you will not fail.
Since SFI offers so much for so little, what have you got to loose?
When you have decided on what it is you want to do, pursue it with all that you have.

In my case, I had participated in and viewed many other programs.
All had drawbacks which I found unappealing.
-Lack of comprehensive materials and training.

How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

The first thing I would do is define Duplication to your downline.

In SFI "duplication" is the action of generating a certain number of PSAs in your downline and teaching them to do the same.
For example: acquire 5 active PSAs, who you then teach to acquire 5 each of their
own active PSAs and so on ( up to 12 levels in SFI).
Each must build their own team to succeed in generating a long
term residual income.
