Both being an ECA and referring an ECA will be more beneficial. These are two income streams among the many ways to earn in SFI.

If you have your own ECA store, you earn from the profits of the products you are selling. If your PSAs and PRMs buy from your own ECA store, in addition to the profit you are making from selling your own products, you also earn 45% of CV Direct Commissions. Plus you also earn all the VP attached to the products bought by your PRMs. Take note you don’t earn

If you can, I believe that the best time to upgrade your rank from EA to Team Leader is during your first month. Why? Positioning is the key to your SFI business success.

Only Team Leaders have the opportunity to tap into the jewel of SFI’s Compensation Plan - the Matching VersaPoints. Only Team leaders can receive the 2nd Home CSAs shares. And Team Leaders enjoy more power, perks, and higher commissions than EAs.

Others will advise that because you cannot earn Matching VP

Motivating lazy and unmotivated affiliates is a big challenge. You have to decode first the reasons why they are inactive and not doing SFI. The number reason for this is they put very low value on SFI.

The magic formula is you help your affiliates put higher value on SFI. In your mails to them give them the reasons …

1. Why they need to login daily and complete their daily, weekly and monthly actions?
2. Why they should keep on reading and learning everything about

I will tell affiliates who got knocked out of the E-365 challenge contest not to easily get frustrated because win or lose we are all winners in any contest. We always gain and learn something from any contest. It makes us stronger and become more creative.

Remember, it’s trying to win in a contest that is more important than winning. For example, in the process of trying to stay above the green line in the E-365 challenge contest, we learn more about how SFI works. We see how important

The best way to teach your downline how to build their downline is gain their trust first. Let them know that you are sincere in your desire to help them. Show your sincerity through action. Lead by example. Show them what you mean. Walk your talk. You are the role model and mentor of your downline. Share to them what you know and whatever building, communication or marketing strategies you are implementing to build a strong team. Give them the step by step instructions on how to build and grow

What do you tell an affiliate who says he's going to quit because nothing is coming of his efforts and hard work?

The best way to convince your PSA not to quit is to empathize with his/her predicament. See the big picture from your affiliate’s perspective. Make use of language that shows you care and help him figure out why nothing comes from his effort and hard work. There is no way that investing time, effort, hard work, patience, perseverance, passion, and money would not produce SFI success.

If you want to have a team of serious affiliates, EA, EA2s, TLs, CSAs, and PRMs, sitting on the sofa

Your question inspired me to be playful with my answer. I am just trying to make the explanations simple and fun to read. Here it is…..

I am the brightest star in SFI. Set your highest goals in SFI, if you want to get me. I assure you I am not easy to reach and during the process of grabbing me, you will definitely encounter some difficulties and frustrations. It will test your patience, creativity, and determination. Your endurance to survive the test would depend on how much you want

When starting out in SFI, is it better to invest in advertising or in an EA-qualifying purchase?

When starting out in SFI, the best is to treat SFI as your own home-based global business online. How would you treat a grocery or coffee shop business, if you are the business owner? You will both invest in start-up capital and in advertising your coffee shop, right? Otherwise, you have items for sale on the shelves but no customers to buy them.

You also do the same with your SFI business. In your first 10 days, your first investment is $20. You buy the New Member Pack (NMP) and become

Some affiliates think that since we can work from home and it is fun to do, SFI is a hobby, but is it?

Of course not!

Prove to that SFI is a serious business with serious earnings potential … and not just a hobby.

Are We Trying to Earn a Profit with SFI?

If our main reason why we build our SFI business is to earn a second income, then we are viewing SFI as a business because we have a profit motive. Now the next question is …

Is SFI a serious

Affiliates want to achieve success and become stars in SFI, but that is easier said than done. To earn big commissions and profit, we know that we need to do the following: 1) Earn as many VersaPoints as we can to achieve the highest rank possible in order to increase our SFI perks, power, and monthly income; 2) Advertise and recruit to flow new PSAs & PRMs into our downline and TripleClicks store respectively; 3) Sell TripleClicks products; 4) Recruit ECAs and /or open our own ECA store; 5)
