I lack computer knowledge and here's how I've done it so far. I have relied on my friends' young adult children to get my photo on my profile and my ECA items for sale. Wonderfully, this has given me an in to show the business to 4 qualified prospects.

I know pretty much how to send email, but not the PC part of my computer. I use the "draft" folder to store really great things I have written or have copy and pasted there.

I also have many other folders to keep things

How do you keep affiliates who are yet to earn anything motivated when family and friends are consistently telling them they are wasting their time?

This is why it is important to establish a good relationship right away with your new PSAs and CSAs. By relationship, I mean a friendly but respectful business relationship. Business people don't always talk business. They also talk about family, hobbies, interests, ans yes, business. When you have this kind of ease of talking with an associate, you have more of a feel for how he is perceiving his business.

Hopefully this will give you time to counter act any negativity from the home.

I have many affiliates in my genealogy that haven't been active for weeks. Should I just ignore them?

Do not ignore these people. They have enrolled as a SFI affiliate and are just that until they Opt-Out or are purged. Do you think they will ever find what they are looking for outside SFI? Not likely. Since most of these haven't red very much of their training lessons, they probably don't even know how to opt out. I've told many people how to Opt -Out. None whom I've told have done that. A few others do, but so far none that I've told about optin out have.

It is hard to get someone restarted

How do you get your PSAs and CSAs to answer you when you write to them?

I think that sometimes we try too hard to present a totally professional business attitude. I can write until my fingers are nubs and no one answers. Then I send the wrong letter out to a group and have to send an apology with the correct letter . And even people who have not logged in for a year have responded. So they are reading their email from me when they don't log in. Or some of them, anyway.

That's not the best way to get attention, but it tells me that some of my people like

What's the best answer to give your affiliates when they ask you how to be successful with SFI without investing any money?

The best answer to "How to be successful without investing any money" is change your mindset and invest some money. Put time and effort into earning and allotting money for this business.

What is success? Surely not what most BTL's earn when they don't invest any money? All businesses depend on the exchange of money or physical objects or services.

When you think small, you invest small. When you invest small, it is usually in all areas, such as time, effort, imagination,

What is the best way to use the ECA Postcards (the postcards designed for referring ECAs)?

Because business owners are swamped with mail offering a good deal, or wanting them to buy or do something, I'm afraid that the ECA postcards that are mailed or handed to a prospective ECA are just discarded without being given any attention.

The cards are much more useful if the prospective ECA is interviewed and told about the ECA program, what it can do for him and the economy of the area and then given the ECA brochure at that time. Go over the brochure with him so he sees each page

To know if you are on the right track, you must look at your To Do List. This is a business that takes time, so of course, you must watch what you have done and plan what you will be doing. Make goals and keep them in your sights.

Are you acquiring good business habits? Do you earn all of your Daily, Weekly, and Monthly VP? These activities are intended to help you for the habits needed for success.

Are you advertising your business? Are you finding at least one new way to advertise

Never give up. Keep learning, advertising, and communicating.
1) Keep learning about internet marketing, salesmanship, leadership, the products, attitudes, and other useful subjects. The more you know, the more you can teach.

2) Advertise to the public, friends, and your affiliates, both PSA, CSAss and PRMs. Advertise the SFI and TC programs and all their money streams. Advertise individual products and the ECAs who sell them, especially advertise your personally sponsored ECAs. Advertise

1) Be honest with your affiliates. They have to pedal their own bike to succeed in this business. You are not riding a tandem bike where you do all the work and he coasts. We can guide and encourage, but they have to do the work.

2) Share personal experiences, ups and downs. Become a real person to them. Let them know that you also went through some of what they are going through. That they are not alone in this.

3) Turn the negatives into valuable lessons.
